Cons:

Hotel sans restauration, Avec des infiltrations dans le hall d'accueil. Serrures vetustes acces avec carte impossible. Perte 1h de tps geste commercial de 20euros sur un desagrement de ce type tarif excessif pour la qualite. Douche handicape salle de bain inondee. Inadmissible. Directeur non disponible alors que les clients attendent 1h sans acces a leur chambre. Fortement deconseille.

Qu'on nous loge dans une chambre "handicapée" (pas de paroi de douche)
J'ai dû réclamer pour nous changer de chambre.
Bien que souriant à l'accueil, l'informatique laisse à désirer.

Très décevant car c était pour un anniversaire 😡
Pros:

À mon arrivée,pas de réseau,pas d’électricité,pas d’eau chaude et à chaque fois qu on sortait on devait venir nous ouvrir la porte pour rentrer
Très en colère et extrêmement déçue car j y restais qu une seule nuit

Pros:

L’ emplacement était agréable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié.

Cons:

L'absence de personnel à notre arrivée, il faut téléphoner pour avoir des informations. La salle du petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.(chaises plastiques, meubles délabrés.... etc). La propreté des chambres est très nettement négligée.

Das Bad ist eng und das Wasser fließt schlecht ab, Teppich mit Flecken unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer (Zigarettenrauch/Tiergeruch!?). Das Frühstück (im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Sterne Hotels) sehr überschaubar, immer wieder das gleiche (Gemüse: grüner Salat, mini Tomaten und Gurkenteile) und kurz vor 10 Uhr bekommt man vieles nicht mehr. An der Rezeption Löcher in der Decke nach Wasserschaden.
