Worst Stay Ever
Pros:

We arrived at 10pm with music so loud we could not sleep. Called the desk and they said it’s at not at their own venue and there is nothing they can do. I slept with noise cancelling headphones. The next day got up to take a shower and got scalded by the water. It was so hot you could have boiled eggs - with no regulation. They agreed to give us a new room. The new room is above the old rooms it’s not 4pm yet, the lounge music has begun. It is so loud you can hear it in our room as if we are there. It won’t stop until 10pm. Then the venue across the street will have their music blaring as well. I will have to sleep again with noise cancelling headphones. Nearly $600 for two nights. The only reason my moved us is because the water burned me. They would not move us because of the noise saying they had no control over it.

Rod and Cam were very polite. Made my presence very delightful. I had to ask myself why didn’t I stay here with such pleasant people! They open doors with such great welcome.

Amazing friendly staff and Clean

I had a great day at this resort with my family while we visited some places in the surrounding area. Brekien was very helpful during our day and assisted us with everything we needed! I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Montgomery.

Well it was an adventure.

Excellent and will be staying there again
Pros:

Gorgeous finishes! Beautiful clean spacious room. I was on the 3rd floor and everything smelled fresh including the hallway - no odors, bleach or scents. The staff was kind and accommodating at all times.

Cons:

No 24 hr coffee pots. You have to make your own in room or go to restaurant downstairs.
