Difícil conciliar el sueño

En general las instalaciones son buenas, el brunch muy bueno.

Cons:

Que una vez apagadas las luces para dormir una lámpara de techo empezó a flashear y con la oscuridad total daba la impresión de ser un flash de cámara fotográfica inacabable. Llame a mantenimiento y me dijeron q los técnicos llegaban 9 am ( eran las 23 horas). Me ofrecieron cambio de habitación pero a esa hora ya tenía yo instalado todo mi sistema de refrigeración para mis medicamentos. Además q la nueva habitación estaba en otro piso. Elegí quedarme y tratar de dormir con la luz encendida para atenuar el efecto estroboscopico.

El Hotel es muy comodo, está limpio, nos agrada quedarnos en el porque. Nos queda cerca de las actividades que vamos a realizar, cerca de la plaza, el trato del.personal muy amable .

Recepción ineficiente y con trato no amable, diciendo que así es el ingreso (muyyy tardado) a

Esperamos 1 hora después de la hora establecida para el cheek in para que nos dieran la habitación ya que no estaba lista, las señoritas de recepción sin amabilidad diciendo que esperaramos 15 min y la espera fue de 1 hora.

Struttura decente, ma non impeccabile. Colazione buona. Camera grande, ma arredo nella norma.
