Great location
Room smelled terrible, not clean. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, made inappropriate comments that we could not spell a property email correctly which was found to be not true, did not apologize.

It was walking distance to the University Football field
There was no microwave in room. But front desk instructed me to use he one on the main floor
Bedding was nice. Breakfast and Starbucks were good. Two small bottles of water provided per day.
Not a $400/night hotel. Shower didn't work until a guy came up and banged on it a bit; ridiculous to pay $15/night for parking in such a big lot not downtown as a Marriot member. They printed us an invoice for the wrong room and we noticed their first night was $100 less than ours. The guys at the desk weren't overly welcoming. For an expensive hotel you would expect magnifying mirror, maybe a robe or a decent coffee maker.
