Good but annoying
Pros:

Very comfortable room. The service staff were excellent. The only downside was for the plastic water bottles in the room, that we were charged for and did not drink

Cons:

They charged us for plastic water bottles of drinking water that we did not drink. When I notified the hotel, they took off the charge and then charged me again 2 days later

Accommodating and friendly staff
Pros:

We got snowed in so had to stay an extra day. The staff gave us a discounted room rate AND checked us in early. We did not have to worry about anything. They were so helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. Everyone we met spoke to us and was so friendly. Laramie is a great town and the Hilton Garden Inn was a great place to get snowed in.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated but it looks like they will be renovated soon by 2027.
