Cons:

Inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles de ne pas vérifier que la clim fonctionne à notre arrivée. Il faisait 27°C dans la chambre alors qu'il en faisait 20°C dehors. Nous avons ouvert les fenêtres mais impossible de dormir avec les bruits des bus et des passants. L'hôtel nous a changé de chambre mais il fasait 26°C dans l'autre chambre. Nous avons payé 350chf pour une chambre minuscule, avec vue sur la rue, sans petit déjeuner. Un supplément de 50chf pour le chien. C'était notre nuit de noce pour notre mariage civil. Bien gâché.

Lived up to our high expectations
Pros:

The staff went the extra mile to make sure our experience was excellent. From the welcome doorman, the reception staff to food and beverage team, all really looked after us.

Clearly five star, but…
Pros:

No doubt a five star experience except for the poor soundproofing due to this being a historic building. If you can live with this, it‘s perfection.

Marketing 3 stars hotel not 5.
Pros:

Everything lack.
Lack of space in spa-parking-lobby-restaurants-terrace-bathroom, just one lift you wait, lack of staff skills, of cleaning, no pool inside spa. Not enough balcony.
Lack of luxury- choice- tranquillity.
Cheap services but expensive prices not justified.
It's not an unique experience.
We didn't expect perfection or zany dw;rf tossing. But at least excellence.

Ein exquisiter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein traumhaft schönes, freundliches Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Service. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein richtiger Wohlfühlort direkt am See und der Uferpromenade und Blick auf die schneebedeckten Alpen.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück kam ein junger Mann mit Muscleshirt. Ich sagte dass ich von einem Hotel dieses Ranges mehr Etikette erwartet hätte. Die überraschte mich äußerst positiv. Man hat den Gast gebeten, das Hotel zu verlassen. Chapeau!
