Pros:

The check-in experience was absolutely top tier! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely fun. They made the entire process effortless and immediately made me feel right at home. To top it off, I was given an amazing room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise and made my stay even more special.
The hotel itself is in a beautiful area with plenty of dining options within walking distance, which made everything so convenient. I loved being able to step outside and enjoy the surroundings while having great restaurants and things to do nearby.
Between the exceptional hospitality, incredible room upgrade, beautiful location, and convenience, this was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Rude front desk
Pros:

Rude front desk person by the band of DemarKus. No manners. Kept repeating the same script. Never said goodbye. Just hung up. Not a good front desk reflection!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by Demarcus
Pros:

The hotel was nice, clean and in a great location. What caught my attention was the exceptional customer service provided by Demarcus. Demarcus was professional, very approachable and always went above and beyond. I am writing this review based on the level of customer service that I witnessed when he interacted with the guests. I can only hope that the Sheraton Stonebriar recognizes the value that he adds to the brand. If it were up to me, I would be looking at ways to promote this professional. Thanks Demarcus! You made me aware that true "customer service" still lives. Blessings.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

I spent two nights here for an event at a nearby hotel. I was pleased with the hotel itself, the location, and with the room. The air conditioning in the room was very quiet, which is important when you need to run it quite a bit in a hot climate. I ate breakfast downstairs and the breakfast host, Danielle (I think), was really welcoming and provided great service. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and comfortable stay, would travel to stay here again!
Pros:

Amazing property, walking distance to coffee shop and Asian restaurants. Very clean, modern, put together. Amazing value.

Cons:

Needs more parking around the hotel but that’s it.
