El desayuno era deficiente, la piscina estaba cerrada durante el horario indicado y solo abría bajo petición, y estaba sucia, así que tuve que esperar a que la limpiaran. En la página web no se mencionaba ninguna obra en la calle frente al hotel ni el aparcamiento cerrado. Finalmente, un empleado del hotel me ofreció un lugar para aparcar mi coche, pero por la mañana resultó que no estaba permitido y que se lo habían llevado. Como era sábado, no podré recuperarlo hasta el lunes. Esto arruinó por completo mi plan de viaje. Es una incompetencia total. No me ofrecieron ninguna compensación, simplemente me enviaron a un taxista que sabía dónde se habían llevado el coche.
