Pros:

Amei o hotel tem toda uma arquitetura historica , amei a decoraçao, toda mobilia me chamou a atençao.Voltaria outras vezes com toda certeza, cafe da manha otimo, apesar de nao ter tomado , pois tinha cirurgia cedo, mas meu esposo amou.

Cons:

Poderia aceitar uma taxa extra para poder entrar antes do chekout , pois precisei pegar outro hotel por esse motivo, pois nao podia esperar ate as 14 horas , se tivesse cobrado um valor extra tinhamos ficado mais um dia.

A limpeza do hotel e o conforto não vale a pena. A área de lazer é péssima e a jacuzzi bem suja, da nojo de entrar. Nao forneceram pasta de dente/ itens de higiene que eu acho o mínimo de um hotel oferecem. Nos banheiros havia apenas 1 toalha de banho e toalhas finas e encardidas. Não tinha sabonete/ shampoo também. Travesseiros muito usados e finos. Pedi para colocar 4 travesseiros e não atenderam meu pedido. A Coberta não sei dizer o que parecia…

Reservei com a booking e parcelei em 4x como estava no anuncio.chegando no hotel fui cobrado a vista. Questionei e me falaram que nao podiam fazer nada. E ficou por isso mesmo.reclamei com a booking e tambem nao fui atendido. Gostaria de deixar claro. O hotel exelente.

Pros:

Cama boa e toalhas muito cheirosas. Café da manhã bom também.

Cons:

Edificação bem antiga, rejuntes do banheiro embolorados e saindo. Piso do quarto queimado do sol, TV não era smart. Não tinha sabonete líquido nem shampoo nos recipientes do box.
