The service was great, but the room could have been better if there wasn't a mildew smell.
Pros:

The service from the employees was great. They were very friendly and helpful, and they also communicated with me very well. They were happy to request a discount for my stay due to a mildew smell in our room. I appreciated their follow-up on the issue after we checked out.

Cons:

The room had a mildew smell when you walked in. I assumed it was from the refrigerator, but I couldn't pinpoint where the stench was coming from. We had to sleep with the windows cracked open and the A/C unit on. When we left out of the room it reeked of marijuana even though it was a non-smoking area.

Crusty. Bed had minimal sheets no blanket. Had to ask for comp shampoo didn’t have Sheets are like sandpaper. We’ll be staying at Hampton next time.

Clean and comfortable hotel but lacking
Pros:

The neighborhood was beautifully landscaped.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The hotel overall is a good value for the price.

Cons:

The suite's kitchen was not stocked. Guests had to ask the manager for a "package" to get any utensils, pots, or other equipment.
The breakfast was a grab and go....just granola bars and pastries, and stock was low, even early in the designated dining hours.

This place needs to be cleaned up.
Pros:

The front desk staff were kind and welcoming.

Cons:

It wasn’t particularly clean and the walls and ceiling were it adequate sound barriers. Other guests were running up and down the halls the people one floor up stomped around late into the evening. It would be a good idea to patrol the halls after the quiet hours start.
