Seems like a run down establishment
My stay was canceled and I couldn’t get a good explanation as to why it was canceled. Therefore, I had to pay $200 more than what I booked a two night stay for.
The grab and go breakfast was great! The staff was awesome.
The bed and pillows were outdated. The people above us sounded like they were coming down on me, super loud, couldn't sleep. No fault of the staff or hotel.
Checking in and out was easy. It was quiet.
The pillows were uncomfortable. The "breakfast included" was crap. There were chewy bars, oatmeal, and cheap tiny muffins. It was a poor person's snack who could only afford Dollar Tree. Also, the coffee was terrible, which resulted in me nauseous and vomiting in the AM. It was so acidic and harsh, my body rejected it.

I was expecting a continental breakfast. Location is accessible. Good customer service.
The staff was excellent and very nice. I also liked the location. It was right off the freeway and near some good stores and restaurants.
Some areas in and outside the facility smelled like marijuana. Didn't care for that at all. Plus there was some noisey teenagers in there trying to throw a party or something. Very rude.

It was very clean. When I book a hotel, I always do a full inspection from the moment I pull up. I check the outside of the property first, then the lobby, hallways, and the room itself. I look closely for bugs, stains, odors, and any signs of suspicious activity. Everything looked well-maintained and I felt comfortable the entire time. The room was spotless, the bedding looked fresh, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
There was honestly nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly how it should be. The staff was pleasant, the room was well-kept, and the overall environment felt safe and quiet. I had no complaints at all and would definitely stay here again.
Was in a convenient location, the staff was super nice.
My neighbors were banging on the wall all day and night woke me up 3 times during the night on both nights of my stays there. Also the “included breakfast” was non existent and they said they didn’t get there’s shipment until the next day but I went down at 8am the next day and still nothing but left over hot chocolate. No actual breakfast.
The location was good
Too much traffic in the hotel lots of screaming kids, running down the hallways and shady characters outside all day all night it made me feel very uncomfortable

Sometimes I'll have to park way in the back where some folks sleeps in they're car and it's dark.
