A un prix deux fois plus faible, le passage par cet hôtel aurait été convenable. Pas au prix payé!

Cons:

Le prix de la chambre était sans rapport avec la catégorie de l'hotel. On ne devrait pas se permettre de telles augmentations de prix, même lorsque la demande excède l'offre. De toute façon, à la fin, il ne reste pas de chambre disponible en cas d'affluence, mais un doublement du prix de la chambre ne devrait pas être possible. Il s'agit clairement du bénéfice d'une rente de situation.

Splendid hospitality in restaurant district.
Pros:

Reception staff - cleaners - location (next to the three best restaurants in Chur.) good entrance security.

Cons:

Breakfast. Only scrambled egg as hot option. Sausages poor quality and only very occasionally replenished (though that was something of a blessing).

Good location, but over priced for the small room and old building.
Pros:

Location was reasonably close to the station and in the old town.

Cons:

Room was very small and despite being over a quiet street had many noises in the middle of the night. Facilities were new in the room, but very cramped.

Gute Lage, aber ansonsten für den Komfort viel zu teuer!
Pros:

Frühstück war okay, die Lage gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer machte einen abgewohnten Eindruck.
Das Waschbecken war im Zimmer, nur Dusche und WC waren mit einer Tür abgetrennt.
Das ganze Hotel war nicht sehr komfortabel und dafür mit knapp 200 € für eine Nacht viel zu teuer!

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Old Town and accessing the train station.

Cons:

We were put in a room on a floor that was under construction. It smelled like sawdust and paint. There was noise from the construction.

Pros:

The hotel is in the heart of the old town and close to the train station, which is perfect for exploring every thing on foot. We were sold on the beautiful front and heritage building. The reception was staffed at the time of our arrival at around 3pm and very helpful to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The bed was ok too.

Cons:

We booked the Double Room Quiet, Courtyard, but when we open the curtains we were very disappointed to look at nothing more than the fire escape and some untidy plumbing and building material.
There was only a kettle and two paper cups, no coffee making facilities, not even instant coffee.
The picture showed a fruit bowl, it was also missing, no tissues either.
When we requested another room the receptionist gave us a different, renovated room towards the street, which was much better, with a coffee maker and good smart TV, but only for one night due to availability.
As mentioned in other comments there are renovations going on, which are definitely necessary to justify the price tag.
A few franks spent on coffee facilities and more items to feel people more welcome would go a long way.
