Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in absoluter Innenstadt-Nähe
Pros:

Hotel einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ohne durch die Innenstadt fahren zu müssen. 2 öffentliche Parkgaragen zu erschwinglichen Tagespreisen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Innenstadt in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unkomplizierter Check-In. Klimatisiertes Zimmer. Gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbuffet, das laufend ergänzt wurde. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider war trotz früher Anreise kein Parkplatz mehr in der hauseigenen Garage frei - aber die öffentliche Garage war nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und preislich nicht viel teurer, als im Hotel - also auch irgendwie ok

Très bon hôtel pour visiter Salzburg
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de l’Altstadt par le tunnel. Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et bien équipées avec une bonne literie et de larges salles de bain. Le petit déjeuner était très bien (qualité des produits, choix, etc.). Bon accueil. Je n’hésiterais pas à retourner dans cet hôtel .

Buena ubicación y buen desayuno, pero no tan bien dispuestos a cumplir lo que ofrecen
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a pocos pasos de la parte más interesante del centro pasando por unos túneles peatonales que son muy agradables en verano, pero al menos tiempo en un sector tranquilo y silencioso. El hotel nos envió por correo unos pases de transporte libre súper útiles para recorrer la ciudad y movernos desde y hacia la estación de tren y hacia algunos puntos más retirados. La habitación era espaciosa y el baño limpio y suficiente aunque el extractor no parecía funcionar bien y la humedad se quedaba encerrada en el baño. Desayuno buffet con bastantes y buenas opciones. Bar en el lobby del hotel abierto toda la noche.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia pues al llegar a nuestra habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Informamos a la recepción y nos dijeron que como era domingo no podían hacer nada, que no tenían habitaciones disponibles para cambiarnos, y que durmiéramos así, que abriéramos las ventanas (pésimo considerando que el aire acondicionado es una de las opciones que promocionan del hotel, y es un criterio importante para seleccionarlo siendo verano y justifican el precio). Al día siguiente volvimos a comentarlo en recepción y mandaron a un técnico quien corroboró con un termómetro que la temperatura del aire acondicionado era incluso superior a la temperatura ambiental, pero nos dijeron que no lo podían reparar ¡y ofrecieron darnos un ventilador! Esto nos pareció el colmo así que ya en ese punto pedimos que nos cancelaran el resto de noches de la reserva para irnos a buscar otro hotel, pero nos dijeron que como la reserva era por Booking no se podía hacer. Ante mi insistencia me pusieron al teléfono con un gerente, quien nos ofreció, ahora sí, cambiarnos de habitación y hacernos un descuento por la primera (mala) noche, pero no sin antes explicarnos que acá en Europa los aires acondicionados no funcionan “como en USA”. No sé de dónde sacó que éramos de EEUU, pero en todo caso me pareció un poco fuera de lugar y hasta discriminatorio que me quieran dar explicaciones de algo inexplicable en función de la nacionalidad que asumió era la mía, pues ¿dónde se ha visto un aire acondicionado que caliente la habitación en verano? En fin.

For the price you pay (we paid 350 a night) you expect something more. It needs renovation. Carpets, furniture, bathrooms.

Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr nettes Hotel dirket vor der Innenstadt. Zum Domplatz sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Frühstücksbuffet gut und ausreichend. Freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichente Wahl wenn man die Salzburger Festspiele besucht, da alles in Gehnähe ist.

Cons:

Leider gibt es in der Hotelgarage keine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge.
