We loved the location of it , and the ease of getting in and out. The lay out of the room was nice , the pool and hot tub were nice. Loved the idea of kitchen in room.

Cons:

Cleanliness was less than stellar!!!! The linens smelled of musty cigarettes the first night. Chips missing of bathroom door , dried paint blobs in the bathroom sink, rusted bar for curtain in shower. We wore white socks, and the feet of them turned black. Or when we got into the shower black was running off our feet from the carpets. Spend some money and update!!!!

Everybody was very kind pool was mid.
Pros:

It was good. It had everything we needed a fridge, a stove and a table, a pullout bed and a another bed

Decent night sleep at a decent price
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also very apologetic about the a/c being out and sent out an email ahead of time, even though it was out of their control.
The bed was very comfortable.
Plenty of space in the king suite for two people.
Pool looked clean.
Breakfast was great!

Cons:

The a/c didn’t work (we had a cooling unit that actually worked great), so everything was stuffy on our floor. If we had a second cooling unit for the other side of the suite, it would have been much better. Ended up having to share a bed and lose personal space, which was the point to the suite. (I asked for a second unit but they did not have one. They did agree to comp my daily parking fees to make up for it though)

Carpet was dirty, made the bottom of my feet dirty in the room, so I just kept my slides on.

Also, didn’t like that the back door to the hotel was unlocked (faulty mechanism), so anyone could come and go. I still felt safe though!

Over all it was a great stay for the price but will not stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming , the kitchen was very accommodating with cutlery , clean fridge and the breakfast was great

Cons:

Before arrival we received an email informing us the ac was not working in our room which made us very worried since our stay was non refundable. Thankfully it was working when we arrived the next day!
The carpet part of the floor in our room was extremely sticky, the bathroom/wash area floor was horrible there was a visible film where it is “mopped” and where it is not. The hide away couch looked like it had been threw out and someone brought it back inside and many stains and white paint looking splatters on it !
I unfortunately had to keep asking for more towels each day. they would only give us two even tho there was four guest staying in the room.
Many little things that could be fixed.
