Cons:

Sunt client fidel Ramada Plaza încă din anul 2018 și am fost cazata în mai multe hoteluri Ramada Plaza din România. Din păcate, experiența avută recent a fost cea mai dezamăgitoare de până acum.

Camera și spațiile comune prezentau un nivel de curățenie mult sub așteptări, iar mirosul neplăcut resimțit pe durata șederii a creat un disconfort constant. În toți acești ani în care am ales lanțul Ramada, nu am întâlnit o astfel de situație.

Am mai fost cazata la hotelul din București, unde serviciile erau la un nivel mult mai bun. Din păcate, am observat o scădere evidentă a calității serviciilor, atât în ceea ce privește întreținerea hotelului, cât și atenția acordată oaspeților.

Sper ca managementul să ia în considerare aceste aspecte și să revină la standardele care au făcut din Ramada Plaza una dintre opțiunile mele preferate pentru cazare de-a lungul anilor.

Pros:

Pool, bed, private parking, breakfast

Cons:

Air conditioning and room phone were broken. Someone came in to restart de air conditioning but it had no effect, still broken and it was very hot. No possibility to open up some window.
