אכזבה גדולה

ארוחת הבוקר.

Cons:

הגענו בשעה 21:00 ללילה אחד , לאחר יום ארוך ומייגע. בשעה 23:00 , בבואנו להתקלח גילינו שאין מים . ההסבר שקיבלנו היה שיש הפסקת מים אזורית ושאספקת המים תתחדש בעוד שעתיים! בפועל, אספקת המים התחדשה ב 10 בבוקר. מיותר לציין איזה לילה ובוקר עברו עלינו ללא אפשרות להשתמש בשירותים, ללא צחצוח שיניים וכ"ו. בבוקר , לבקשתינו החדרניות הנחמדות סיפקו לנו בקבוקיי מים. התחושה שלנו היא שבהנהלת המלון ידעו על הפסקת המים הצפויה והסתירו את המידע מאורחי המלון.
לא שמענו כל התנצלות. לדעתנו , היה מקום לפצות אותנו על עגמת הנפש.
דבר נוסף, אנחנו הזמנו 2 חדרים , בכל חדר 2 מבוגרים וילד אחד. בהגיענו לחדר גילינו שאין מיטה לילד. ניסינו לברר הכיצד ייתכן הדבר??? בהזמנה בחרנו חדרים ל 3 ארוחת הבוקר לשלושה ... והתשובה , לא צוין בהזמנה מיטה לילד ולכן הילד ישן במיטה עם ההורים!
ברצוני להדגיש את העובדה שאנחנו טסים רבות ברחבי העולם. שהינו באינספור בתי מלון. לא נתקלנו בהסבר תמוה שכזה.

צריך להשים לב לאינפורמציה בנושא מיטה לילד . המידע לא מודגש ומבלבל . למרות שאמרתי להם שכניראה המידע לא היה מובן ביקשו שאוסיף כסף נוסף 20 יורו לילה עבור מיטה לילד. ציינתי שמדובר בילד עם צרכים מיוחדים . התעקשו לא לעזור בנושא. אטימות לב.

ארוחת הבוקר עם מגוון רחב אבל משך 6 ימים שבהם הינו לא השתנה דבר כל יום אותו דבר אותו דבר אותו דבר .
הנקיון בחדרים כל יום הוחלפו מצעים ומגבות ופחים אבל הורגש שלא שאבו את השטיחים היו פירורי חטיפים כל יום
