The T.V size and kitchen in the room.

Cons:

The breakfast, staff, and smell of the lobby. I had a pest control guy just walk into my room and he said the staff told him that room would be empty. We will not be coming back.

Some staff was nice, others not so nice. Customer service training would be awesome
Pros:

I had booked my stay on another booking site. Paid for the room on the site and then at the front desk. They also would not honor the discount price of the extended stay down the street.

The staff are very helpful and kind and they're very understanding and very patient as to what my needs and they help me understand things that I didn't understand and they're very helpful with the rooms accommodations so five stars going out to the or is it 10 stars to the staff that accommodated me when I checked in

Cons:

The rooms are okay the bed was just a little bit too small for my two boys and me but I like the fact that it gave me a stove and the tub the tub wasn't clean or was it sink but it's okay I cleaned it out.
