Pros:

Lage ist direkt im belebten Byward Market Viertel.
Viele Restaurants in direkter Nähe.
Parkhaus direkt neben Hotel. 15 CAD pro Tag. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon dabei.
Frühstück war nicht viel Auswahl, aber Ok.

Cons:

Alles etwas abgewohnt und veraltert.

third stay consistent with the previous two all about a year apart, different rooms, but all fine.
Pros:

Had plenty of hot, fresh, healthy food and drink: lemon water, boiling water from a tap, and constantly resupplying the adequate quantities with fresh. Quiet with enough seating. Simulated but warm natural gas “fireplace”. After checkout, the staff took care of my belongings while I banked and shopped after checkout. A bit cold at night, but duvet provided…

Cons:

Earlier check-in, but they let me leave by bag and suit coat at the desk.

I find the microwave programming unintuitive; instructions on the wall, or a more intuitive interface suggested.

Pros:

We loved the Inn. The attention to detail with respect to the facility, decore (wonderful artwork etc) really made the Inn cozy. The staff were all exceptional. It is just a wonderful gem within the city centre.

Cons:

Unfortunately there is a huge drug, mental health and home insecurity in the downtown core. Many people on the street - a large police presence. It saddened us greatly to see the disparagy between those who have and those who have not. More needs to be done to support these people who are struggling.

Great and very bad
Pros:

Breakfast was superb. The location is excellent. The terrace was very nice.

Cons:

The bed was absolutely awful. Noisy, small, and lumpy. The tub floor felt unsafe to shower on. I felt as if I could slip and hurt myself very easily. The parking situation is expensive and inconvenient.

Tolles Hotel um Ottawa zu Fuß zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal um Ottawa zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im sechsten Stock mit Balkon. Ein Parkhaus ist direkt neben dem Hotel, in dem auch größere PKW abgestellt werden können. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sogar inklusive selbst gemachter Wraps. Am Abreisetag konnten wir nach dem Auschecken unser Gepäck ohne Probleme im Hotel belassen, um den Tag noch zu nutzen.

Cons:

Der Eingang ist nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen, was das einchecken etwas erschwerlich macht.

Fantastic value and great location.
Pros:

Simply decorated but large, very well appointed room, great sauna, decent breakfast, great location. Good value for money.

For some reason, even though I had paid in advance, they took a further “holding” payment from my card on check in.
