L'emplacement pour tout visiter à pied, la chambre spacieuse qui ouvre sur le jardin interieur, le calme en pleine ville, la gentillessedu personnel. .

Wonderful facility, located downtown, with all major attractions within a 10/20 minute walk away: Byward Market, Parliament Hill, multitude of museums, boat cruises along the Rideau Canal, National War Memorial, Royal Canadian Mint, Supreme Court, Rideau Falls Park. Kiweki Point etc. There are a ton of restaurants in the area and a large mall. The facility was clean, comfortable, with a mini kitchen in each room (fridge, sink, dishes, microwave, coffee maker). A robe for each guest was supplied in the room, plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, kleenex, dish soap and a safe. The air conditioner was a floor unit but worked really well to cool off the room, the beds were comfortable and the balcony with a table and umbrella was nice. Best part was the breakfast- fantastic! The staff were constantly replenishing the food when it got low and were quick to clean up the plates, tables etc for the next guests.
It was really hard to find something we didn't like. Everything was above our expectations. The only thing they might want to change is to have more higher end/softer toilet paper. The TV was basic with regular cable channels but we were barely in our room, so this wasn't important to us. This was a great place to stay if you want to be close to most attractions and save your money not using ubers and taxi's to get around.
The breakfast was absolutely better than expected. Lots of choices and hot choices too. The location couldn’t be better…so close to the canals and parliament buildings. Very walkable. The room had nice amenities that you don’t often get, like a teapot, kettle, cutlery, ceramic mugs, tea.
There was a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the street with some view of parliament.

La super localisation de l'hotel. Le personnel très sympa tant à l'accueil qu'en cuisine. Le parking, même si pas disponible à l'hotel même, ni gratuit est situé juste à côté et ne coûte que 20,$Cad par 24 heures. Le petit-déjeuner est suffisant et assez varié. Pour ceux qui comme nous ont séjourné au RDC bénéficie d'un petit jardin d'intérieur bien sympa...quand le temps le permet, un p'tit moment en terrasse est très agréable..

Super Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen sehenswerten Punkten in Ottawa. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Auf der Straße gibt es viele Restaurants. Das Hotel war sauber, das Parken im Parkhaus nebenan hat unkompliziert funktioniert und das Frühstück war auch gut. Das Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht.
