Excellent location. Balcony and kitchenette a bonus! Perfectly clean and comfortable.
It was a great stop for an overnight after flying in late. It was a fairly central location with walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast was great with all the essentials.

Not the hotels fault but a word of warning… Ottawa has a homeless/ begging problem and it appears to be concentrated around the area that the hotel is in.. should put you off but be aware

Location was good. Hot and cold breakfast was a nice addition.
We had a blocked toilet, so we went to reception and explained the problem saying it needed someone to come and unblock it by plunging. They brought the plunger and left it for us to do.
Everything was very good. Parking excellent. Breakfast very good.
Location after dark was a little bit unfriend.
