Pros:

Posizione ottima e camere spaziose e pulite

Cons:

La zona purtroppo è piena di homeless e la situazione si vede subito. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato una persona davanti all’hotel che si stava drogando con una siringa: prima impressione davvero pessima.
Per fortuna, entrando nelle camere ci siamo ricreduti: l’hotel è curato, pulito e molto meglio di quanto lasciasse pensare l’esterno.
Resta però il fatto che la città è invasa, e girare in certe strade non è piacevole.

Ottimo e comodo albergo a due passi dal centro
Pros:

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro di Ottawa. Camera accogliente con comodo accesso al giardino interno, dove si poteva anche mangiare all'aperto. Comodo il parcheggio sotto l'albergo, comunque a fianco c'è un grande parcheggio a prezzo economico.

Cons:

La colazione è migliorabile

This is my hotel of choice if ever in Ottawa again.
Pros:

Our room was spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. Air conditioner, TV, kitchenette & balcony were exceptional. The location was fabulous.

Cons:

Even though there was plenty of breakfast options, some of the hot food was not hot.

A great smaller hotel that delivery everything a visitor needs .
Pros:

We liked the location , very convenient for city centre . The hotel was not too big, had everything we needed , spacious room with good range of facilities and breakfast was included . The breakfast was very comprehensive .

Cons:

Another hotel we visited where we couldn’t get the tv to work ! We only wanted to catch the news .

Good location - perfect for a quick stay one night to explore the Byward market and capitol
Pros:

Walkable location - nice desk staff - cute private balcony for morning coffee or an evening of cribbage and wine.

Cons:

Sheets were rough - cheap quality but clean and the AC was a giant monster floor model 2 meters from the bed - so noisy but it worked well

Great stay here!
Pros:

This was the perfect place to stay for for Ottawa. It is so close to so many sights in the city but without feeling disrupted by heavy traffic. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks for the stay!

Au cœur de l’action!
Pros:

L’emplacement! Au cœur de l’action. Et, en même temps, chambre super paisible et propre! Après une bonne nuit de sommeil et un bon petit déjeuner, on s’est rendu au canal Rideau en vélo! Tout était parfait!

Emplacement super près du centre-ville et autres.
Nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser notre voiture tout le long du séjour (taxi, autobus)

Wonderful and we would visit again
Pros:

The Breakfast room was spotless, plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff were excellent tables were cleared and cleaned all the time . Fresh cooked food all and fruits replenished all the time.
Our room exceeded our expectations with an iron and ironing board glasses cutlery a great fridge with an ice box. It was super clean with a balcony.
Great location for the market restaurants, the shopping Mall and all Ottawa's attractions galleries museums parliament etc

Cons:

We enjoyed all of it
