What a cracking stay at Best Western Plus Casablanca! From the moment I arrived, the reception team were absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and always happy to lend a hand. They made me feel right at home.
The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast throughout my stay. Breakfast was top class with plenty of tasty options to choose from each morning.
The staff deserve a special mention for their kindness and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble, and they always greeted me with a smile.
I’d happily stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca. Cheers to the whole team for making my stay such a memorable one!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Best Western Plus Casablanca. L’équipe de la réception était très accueillante, professionnelle et toujours disponible pour aider avec de bons conseils sur les restaurants et les lieux à visiter. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, les chambres sont confortables, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement et le petit-déjeuner est varié et délicieux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour à Casablanca.

The hotel's location was good. The room was spacious enough and had everything I needed. The furniture looked fairly new as well.
Even though I exchanged emails with the hotel four or five times and we had discussed my early check-in in advance, the staff member at reception was unaware of the arrangement when I arrived, so I was unable to check in early. Instead, I had to book an additional room for that morning.
The room did not have a proper double bed; it was simply two single beds pushed together.
On one day, I left the hotel around midday and returned late at night. Since I wanted my towels to be changed, I removed the "Do Not Disturb" sign from my door so housekeeping could service the room. However, when I came back, it was clear that no one had entered the room all day.
The worst part of my stay was the noise. The rooms had extremely poor soundproofing. I could clearly hear every footstep and every conversation from the neighboring rooms. It was especially frustrating whenever someone next door took a shower, as the noise was impossible to ignore until they finished.
On my second morning, renovation work started near my room at around 9:00 a.m. and continued until almost 11:00 a.m. I was very tired that day and desperately needed to sleep, but instead I had to endure two hours of constant construction noise.
Because of these issues, I don't think I would choose this hotel again.
