Cons:

订的是标间，却有两个门，其中一个门是和另外一间房相通的，据说此房间原本是为了家庭用的套间，前台说这扇门的钥匙是在他们手里，不能给我们。我和同伴很担心安全，这种情况下，很正常，毕竟一扇门的钥匙不在我们手里。住宿那晚我因为感冒身体极度不舒服，结果主要是同伴和他们去交涉，因为语言不通而不得不不停地用手机切换语言交谈，最后是当日没有房可换。于是一直僵持了很久，同伴最后无奈妥协了，后边我还被其骂得非常难听，说我不参与交涉，而且无原则让步，也是让人无语。所以以后是这类房间的话，须在预定后立即对客人说明，客人不满意的话，也可立马取消，而不是到旅馆后搞到深更半夜交涉没有房，深更半夜也不可能到其它地方去...结果吵来吵去对双方都不好。

当然，旅馆服务人员本身、设施、位置、干净度等方面都很好。

Für Kurztrip nach Dresden sehr zu empfehlen 👍🏻
Pros:

Super Lage, direkt am Bahnhof und Prager Straße, in 20min zu Fuß in der Altstadt, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Parken in Tiefgarage möglich- 24€/Tag recht teuer,
Matratzen zu weich

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück war in Ordnung. Vor allendingen kein überflüssiger Müll!!
Parkhaus direkt am Hotel was man allerdings bezahlen muß was aber bekannt ist.

Pros:

Ein super Service :
- Check in bis 5:00 ist ideal bei der Unpünktlichkeit der DB
- Gepäck einstellen bis zur Zugabfahrt, da sieht man noch was von Dresden
Ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Die Fenster sind bodentief und deshalb nur leicht anzukippen. Konstruktionsfehler : geteilte Fenster wo man das Oberlicht gefahrenlos öffnen kann wären besser. Schöne Grüße an die Architekten : ein Hotel Fenster sollte nicht nur schön aussehen sondern auch seine Funktion umfassend erfüllen und dazu gehört auch AUSREICHEND Lüftung!

Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns enttäuscht. Für den gezahlten Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Auswahl und Sorgfalt beim Anrichten erwartet. Das geht deutlich besser.
