Städtetrip in Dresden
Pros:

Die Lage, direkt beim Hauptbahnhof.
Man kam überall gut hin mit der Straßenbahn oder Bus.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, für jeden was dabei und ausreichen.
Zum Geburtstag meiner Freundin gab es ein Piccolo zum anstoßen. Das war sehr aufmerksam.

Proche de la gare principale
Pros:

La proximité de la gare étant donné que je faisais un circuit en train. Selon moi, il s'agit d'un 3 étoiles. 4 étoiles n'est pas justifié. Le petit-déjeuner est bon.

Cons:

J'avais envoyé un message à l'hôtel pour demander une chambre tranquille. On m'a proposé pour €10 de plus par nuit une chambre business avec possibilité d'avoir du thé et du café. Déception ! En fait, c'était une simple bouilloire, du café et du lait lyophilisé en petite portion et pas bon du tout.
En principe, il y a une bouilloire dans une chambre 4 étoiles. Pas de fer, ni de planche à repasser dans la chambre.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, optisch gesehen, nettes Hotel. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer in den Innenbereich.

Cons:

Betten waren sehr, sehr weich und unangenehm. Mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Die Handtücher waren sehr klein und sehr dünn. Frühstück war zwar nett, aber es fehlt so einige Sachen. Die Präsentation war nicht toll. Käse war dick, aufgeschichtet und sehr kalt konnte man kaum nehmen. Ein übergroßer Pott an Margarine ist zwar schön und gut, aber nicht gerade hygienisch. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Begrüßung und die Verabschiedung etwas herzlicher und direkte auf den Gast eingegangen wären. Wir wurden nicht gefragt, wie die Anreise war! Das Zimmer war leider nicht richtig klimatisiert.

Zentral in Dresden, super Standard, tolle Zeit gehabt
Pros:

Ich kannte schon das InterCity-Hotel in Berlin und konnte so in Dresden nichts falsch machen. Direkt am Hauptbahnhof, genormte Ausstattung, tolles Frühstück und Personal, dass sich auch kümmert, als bei mir im Zimmer etwas nicht in Ordnung war. Ich wollte nicht nochmal in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen und da wurde der Mangel zumindest erstmal provisorisch behoben, als ich unterwegs war. Vielen Dank dafür.

Cons:

Die Politik vom Hotel, dass man sich extra zu einem Bonusprogramm anmelden muss, um das WLAN nutzen zu dürfen, kannte ich so von keinem Hotel vorher und ist mir auch seit dem nicht wieder passiert. Zum Glück habe ich eine ausreichende Flatrate, weil ich mich da dann schon aus Prinzip nicht anmelden wollte. Das solltet ihr echt mal überdenken...

Insgesamt sehr schön und angenehm!
Tolle Lage !!

Cons:

Nur die Betten waren sehr weich ! Leider Rückenschmerzen gleich beim aufstehen war bemerkbar. Schade , sonst ein tolles Hotel !!

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer und auch das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe mit tollem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
