Nice hotel with tiny issues
Pros:

Overall our stay was very comfortable. The room was very clean and neat, bathroom was very clean and comfortable beds. And best of all they provided very delicious and generous breakfast that made it worthwhile.

Cons:

A few things that bothered me a bit were
1. Due to personal disability I was looking for and expected elevator to our room, but to our surprise once we checked in we noticed there are 7-8 steps before being able to use the elevator!?
2. I needed to call the room service from our room and although there was a phone but there was no information card or sticker or anything of that sort by the phone to say which number should be dialed to reach the service! I tried anything like 0, 1, 11, etc., but nothing worked. I had to go down to the desk and he told me the number was something like 01180 (not sure) but you get the idea I guess :-)
3. Finally the AC works but it is old and it takes its time to cool down the room. But the part that was difficult for me was that it didn't have a remote per say, it had a control that is fixed to the side of the bed and very difficult to see.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Equipe, cama e ducha

Cons:

Acredito que as instalações precisam de uma pequena reforma. Apesar do banheiro já ter sofrido um retrofit. Recepção, café da manhã precisam um olhar atento. Já remendos, ferrugem
