The staff seemed nice. The location was good.
Oh my, where do I start? The room was decent except that you have to put your room key in a slot to get A/C, we were there during a heat wave and honestly walking in to a hot, airless room wasn't fun. According to the listing there was a mini bar but instead there was an absolutely filthy fridge. I did want alcohol but cold water would have been nice. I mentioned it to the front desk and they gave me 3 bottled waters.
The free breakfast was a huge disappointment; the cappuccino and juices were very watered down and the food wasn't great. We wound up going to the little coffee shop across the street which served a great breakfast.
According to the listing there was an airport shuttle, but when we tried to set it up, we were told no.
The ride to the airport cost is $90 Euros.
Overall, it felt like a neglected, older building with little improvements. Floors were dirty in places, no Bidet towels, beaten up paint and woodwork.
Please don't promise what you can't deliver or can't deliver properly!

La cama muy dura , las almohadas parecen de cemento, el a/C no estaba en sus mejores condiciones, los artículos , jabón y demás son de muy mala calidad y súper pequeño.

Очень хороший отель, недалеко от жд вокзала, но на тихой улочке. Комфортный номер, есть чайник, чашки, пакетики для чая, бесплатная вода в мини баре. Замечательные завтраки. Мне все очень понравилось. Хороший отель, рекомендую!
