Everything - service, amazing breakfast, size of room, location. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was superb. We cannot wait to come back!

Incredible location for access to the Colosseum, Forum, Palatine hill, mouth of Truth and Circus Maximus. 20 minutes walk. Right in the heart of Ancient Rome. A lovely quiet street with a local market on Sunday. The back entrance to the forum leads to the next street. Loved the secluded garden restaurant.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Such a friendly and efficient team. A quiet location yet close to the centre. The room was spacious and spotless - with efficient air con. A comfortable sitting area and bar. Unusually, a lovely garden, where meals can be eaten too. I will definitely stay here if I am lucky enough to return to Rome. For us, absolutely perfect.

The focus of our trip was to see the Roman Ruins and the Colosseum which is located within easy walking distance from this hotel. The added bonus was the Circus Maximus within only a block from the Kolbe Hotel. We did take a taxi to some of the outlying attractions wich was quite easy to acquire. The rooms are very spatious and quite comfortable and actually peaceful even though the hotel is so centrally located. The breakfasts were terrific and we had a wonderful evening meal in the garden. They even have gluten-free past and bread! We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Omar and the other front desk staff helped us navigate the local area, and were always friendly and helpful, at no time did we feel like we were an inconvenience. They were all amazing.

After an extremely stressful start to our trip, this hotel was an absolute lifesaver. We arrived in Rome from the UK to discover that our original accommodation booking was a scam, leaving us stranded and incredibly worried in an unfamiliar city. Thankfully, we found this wonderful hotel, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful – spotlessly clean, stylish, comfortable, and far exceeded our expectations. Our room was lovely, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy the rest of our stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding.
What made our experience even more special was the genuine care shown by the staff. They helped turn what had been a very upsetting situation into a memorable and enjoyable trip. This visit was meant to be a surprise for my partner's 36th birthday, and thanks to this hotel, we were still able to celebrate and create wonderful memories in Rome.
I cannot thank the team enough for their hospitality and kindness. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Our stay was outstanding! Clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location! I have also never seen such an amazing breakfast! They had just about every pastry and cake you could imagine, along with breakfast staples (eggs, yogurt, fruit). This was also in a perfect location. We were within walking distance to so many landmarks and there was a great strip of restaurants right around the corner. 10/10-would recommend!

Our stay at Kolbe Hotel Rome was wonderful! The room was very comfortable, and we had a view of the Palantine ruins outside our window! All of the staff was very helpful and courteous. And our breakfast was amazing! We have absolutely no complaints!

Quiet and convenient location, nice garden, friendly staff, good breakfast, champagne on the first day. We also got an upgrade to a larger room, thanks to the friendly staff.

This hotel is an amazing hidden gem, perfectly situated opposite the forum in a quiet street. It’s a three minute walk from a side entrance with no queues! The colosseum is also only a short walk away as are the Capitoline Hill museums and Emmanuel II Monument. Central Rome is within walking distance for the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Nervona. The super medieval district of Trastevere is also only a ten minute walk.

We had a lovely meal in the hotel garden restaurant, I can highly recommend the romantic atmosphere and the mouth watering food which was the best of our five night holiday. The lamb was particularly delicious!

Our hotel room was beautiful, with a wonderful view of the Palatine out of the most incredible huge shuttered windows and life saving air conditioning. It was kept spotless and clean by the wonderful house keeping staff. We could not fault the absolutely amazing staff in this hotel from Omar and Tatziana on the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff. They are all such friendly people who go out of their way to provide outstanding service and make your holiday perfect in every way.

I had a wonderfully stay!! Near the city and clean. I especially want to thank the amazing staff, especially Fabrizio that worked in the reception desk. He was really helpful and kind, during this trip we had a problem and he helped us really well and so kindly. Thank you 🌟🌟

Stayed in this wonderful hotel for our Golden wedding anniversary and we had an amazing time, the Garden room was a good size, the bathroom had everything we wanted (lots of complimentary toiletries if you need them)and was beautifully clean. We ate in the Garden restaurant on the night of our Anniversary and the food was delicious, the service amazing with a special shout out to Mauritzio and Marvin a real credit to the hotel. The choices for breakfast were varied and plentiful and again the staff were friendly and efficient. The only downside of our stay were the Roman mosquitos which feasted on both of us but having been pointed in the direction of the pharmacy by the great reception staff we were much more comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated for many sights of Rome and we will definitely return to the Kolbe but not in the summer months.
