Enjoyed stay in Mercure Centro in Port Macquarie.
Pros:

Location to CBD Port Macquarie in walking distance
Friendly staff very helpful and made you feel welcomed.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower is quite low
Not notified before time on lift being stopped for planned maintenance. Unable to get luggage etc from room on time for checkout. Key to room was deactivated before checkout happened. We were left outside lift having to contact reception by mobile to find out what was going on. Why was this maintenance not done after all check outs for Sunday had been completed.

Great location with comfy rooms but add on's are way to expensive
Pros:

Great central location with an easy walk anywhere in town centre. Comfy bed and rooms.

Cons:

Fee to park on the premises is expensive for a Regional town. No information in the room re facilities and room service. Restaurant is way over priced.

Nice getaway but won’t be returning
Pros:

Room was clean, modern and reception staff were lovely. Great central location to town.

Cons:

Bed was a little uncomfortable quite hard, buffet breakfast food was a bit cold and tasteless. Only instant coffee available for breakfast. For the cost of room and breakfast was disappointed with the breakfast.
