Very overpriced for what it offers. The hotel feels old, poorly maintained, and generally neglected. The condition of the property does not justify the price at all.

Pros:

The location was perfect. You could also grab free water bottle from reception whenever you wanted

Cons:

The hotel is very outdated. Pictures doesn’t do justice. Ripped carpets, hair on the bed, moldy showers, unstable shelves in the bathroom

Terrible experience and a waste of money. They are lucky if I don’t sue for my money back.
Pros:

The room was old, never cleaned and had spider webs in the corner. I EVEN GOT A LETTER STATING THEY COULD NOT CLEAN THE ROOM! Are you serious! 😂

Cons:

The cleanliness, service on day one the staff was so rude and lack of cleaning is a health concern. I did not even sleep under the sheets because I was just disgusted. It was an overpriced MOTEL experience. The elevator was broken causing me to drag bags down the stairs that were heavy and my knee is even in pain. The elevator was horrible and overall it was not a decent experience. I will never again go there.

Pros:

L’unica cosa positiva di questo hotel è lo staff. Sono tutti molto disponibili. Lenzuola pulite.
Posizione molto comoda e fuori dal casino delle zone come Times square.

Cons:

La struttura è molto datata. Non è troppo pulita, anche causa la moquette nelle camere e nei corridoi. Mi sono trovata una grande quantità di polvere nell’aria condizionata (che poi è stata pulita sotto richiesta) e anche l’aria che usciva dalla ventola del bagno non era affatto di buona qualità (dentro era sporca).
Inoltre dopo aver già pagato ci hanno messe in una camera diversa dicendo la che la suite non era disponibile. Non abbiamo ancora avuto il rimborso, per cui mi è stato detto di scrivere direttamente a Booking.

Precio-calidad me parece caro. Sin embargo, la habitacion fue espaciosa.
Pros:

Daban botellas de agua de manera gratuita. Contaba con un comedor para comer, con un baño muy limpio.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen alfombra, lo que las hace poco higienicas. Ademas, en toda nuestra estadía amanecimos con muchas picaduras, probablemente por presencia de chinches en la cama.

Fantástico
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica, la habitación está muy bien y la cama es cómoda. El hotel tiene botellines de agua en recepción para coger todos los que quieras y tiene café y agua para hacer chocolate caliente las 24 horas del día. Además tiene hielo a disposición en varias plantas del hotel.
El Rooftop que tiene en el piso 19 tiene unas vistas fantásticas.

Cons:

Solo funcionaba un ascensor de los dos que hay y muchas veces la espera se hacía interminable.

Great location in SOHO
Pros:

Location is amazing, one block away from the Spring Street station and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in SOHO. Staff is helpful and warm, would stay again.

Agradable y excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta!! En pleno Lower Manhattan, cerca de estaciones de metro y distancias caminables a barrios excelentes. El hotel ofrece café y botellas de agua ilimitadas completamente gratis, lo cual es muy valorado y supone un gran ahorro. Buena atención por parte de todo el personal, siempre fueron muy amables. Tuvimos una situación en la que debimos hospedarnos una noche extra de ultimo minuto y en el hotel fueron muy amables en gestionarla con un descuento.

Cons:

Para los días de semana en que nos hospedamos, había momentos de trafico intenso en la calle al frente del hotel, por lo que a eso de la media noche se escuchaban muchos pitidos de auto que dificultaban el descanso, no estoy segura de si era algo temporal o de todos los dias de semana.
