Terrible - do not book here! Had to find somewhere else

This was the first time in my life I had to ask for a refund and to find another hotel. It was terrible and should nopt be open as a hotel. The rooms are disgusting. No wifi, place is falling apart. I feel very sorry for the poor staff who have to deal with this place. The room keys dont even work.

Pros:

Super confortável o quarto, banheiro com box de vidro, limpeza e atendimento dos funcionários. Tudo excelente. Fora o fato de disponibilizarem uma área pra café e garrafas de água na acomodação, isso faz toda diferente.

Cons:

Único ponto é que o Wi-Fi não pegava muito bem, alguns dias tivemos dificuldade com o sinal.

En general molt bé l'hotel, és la segona vegada que hi anem

l'hotel és practic ben situat, comfortable, te wifi i s'hi pot treballar

Cons:

Estaria bé que hi hagués mes aigua a la dutxa. La terrassa podria ser més bonica i pel que fa a l'esmorzar m'agradaria que tinguessin menjar al buffet (només hi ha cafe, te i xocolata)

I took a shower and there was a leak in the sub floor from the pipe im assuming and water flooded my floor. The carpet was soaked and it was very upsetting. Maintenance came and said it'd be fixed after I left. No offer to switch rooms or to reimburse some money since it was 520 dollars for 2 nights and I didnt want to shower each night because of the flooding that occurred in my floor.
