Very very old AC, good work but all dirty or wet inside !
I think it’s a little bit dangerous

The third floor smelled of mildew, it hits you as soon as you step off the elevator. Our room on the third floor also had the mildew smell.

This place for one was hot when you entered the lobby. Not warm hot. As if the property manager turned the air off in the lobby. I have traveled for 30+ years never ever checked into a hotel room and the air/heat was not on. In the south the humidity these past couple of weeks have been in the 100's. This felt uninviting and caused the rooms to smell musty. Vents on the air units had visible mold and mildew. Partly because they do not keep the rooms consistently cool. The whole place reaked of garlic and spices the carpets in the hallways were filthy. The rooms were filthy. One of the bed sheets had yellow stains on them. The towels were torn. Luckily I travel with my own towels, fitted sheets and pillow cases. There were flies flying around in the breakfast area. Apparently the family that owns the hotel also lives on the premises on multiple floors. there was a constant smell of herbs and spices. There were strands of hair and debri on the bathroom floors. The white bathroom counters were filthy. As a child raised by custodial workers this was a nightmare. There was a cat litter box in one of the hallways. This place looks beautiful but definitely needs an improvement in cleanliness. I will stick to staying with Marriott from now on when I travel.

Parking very crowded

I went to front desk to request linens for the pullout bed. The young lady gave me a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. I asked for a blanket, she proceeds to go back and forth with me that what she gave me is a sheet and a blanket. She removed them from my hand and stated the fitted one was to cover the bed and the other sheet(flat one) was the blanket. I went to Walmart to buy a blanket. The AC is close to the pullout bed where my grandchildren slept, so no, a sheet was not sufficient. I also asked how to get the TV to work, she rattled off some instructions that I forgot by the time I returned to the room, so, night one, no TV to watch. A kind patron I asked the following morning showed me what to do.

Ac was way too loud

As soon as you walk into the lobby, it feels like a sauna. They have the temperature at 81 degrees with no access to lower temp. The staff have to use a portable fan. Breakfast was not good at all. The room had the AC off and it took the whole night for it to cool the room. Mattress was not comfortable at all. We previously rented here before and it was a good stay. This time was horrible. Must be a new management.

das kann man so nicht sagen und gilt für alle Hotels in den USA, zum Frühstück nur Plastegeschirr, alles zum wegwerfen wo bleibt da die Umweltfreundlichkeit,das ist eigentlich sehr sehr schade-gilt für alle Hotels die wir besucht haben!!!!

We had a handicapp room. My only concern was there were no bars next to toilet to assist someone trying to stand up who may have issues with that as my husband does.

Needs to be updated. Stains on carpet and breakfast needs variety

No local channels on the tv in the room. Was looking for channels that would share how the weather was in town as well as news about what was going on in town. Also wanted access to the football games but was unable to find the channel. Just Direct TV.
