Acceptable one night accommodations
Pros:

The deluxe king room with the sofa was a very spacious size. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The fitted sheet was loose and large and slightly uncomfortable. We were missing the TV from the sitting area so difficult to watch the TV in the bed area from the couch. The lighting in the room was very dim even with the available lights turned on.

Well, when rules are posted everywhere for anything and everything it just makes me feel like you are not customer friendly. but more corporate minded on profits. fees are charged on everything including fees for credit card usage.

for the most part it was ok
Pros:

location was prefect . didn't do any breakfast the parking was very good.

The location was close to our family event.

Cons:

The lady that was at the counter when I checked in was not nice when I had to take the take the keys back because they wouldn’t work. Once we got in the room the bathroom counter had not been cleaned and there was hair all over it. The sheets on the bed had either not been changed or were extremely stained. Either way it was nasty. When my husband went downstairs to let the lady know, he said she did say she was sorry and provided clean sheets for us to change them. The next morning the keys wouldn’t work again.
