Great place to stay for a really great price.
Pros:

Very quiet place. Comfortable bed. Close parking. Very clean.

Cons:

I went during August so not many people staying there. I asked for a quiet room and I was out upstairs away from everyone.

Great value for a quick vacation.
Pros:

The location was great. It's a great stay if you're only there to relax from the heat or sleep at night. Mesa/phoenix area has a lot of things to keep you occupied.

Cons:

Pool could have been cleaner. Breakfast could have been better with more options.
