באמת שהתאכזבנו הפעם….לאונרדו פלאזה הרבה יותר טוב והרבה מיוחד

ציפינו למשהו ברמה גבוהה…אבל זה ממש ההפך

א לא קיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו
ב המלון לא נקי..המסדרונות בין החדרים מטונפים״לצערי״כאילו אין כוח אדם שעובד בכלל השטיחים מוזנחים פחי האשפה בקומות לא רוקנו כנראה כמה ימים…

ג בחדר אוכל המלצרים והאנשים שפפס ההגשה צריכים ללמוד שלא אוספים אוכל לפני הזמן..יש שעות לארוחת בוקר..המלצרים והצוות תמיד שעה לפני סיום הארוחה היו מתחילים לפנות אוכל מהפס…משהו שעושה תחושה לא נעימה בכלל….
הרבה פעמים ביקשנו דברים ולא קיבלנו…
דבר שהיה נגמר לא היו משלימים את החסרים.עד כך שכבר בשעה 9:00 לא היה להם מעדן אחד לתתת לילדה…ממש גרוע…במלונות אחרים שילמנו פחות וקיבלנו מעל ומעבר…כאן זה ממש היה חבל על כל שקל..

مكان جيد للاطفال في موسم السباحة .. الجودة مقابل السعر ضعيفة جدا

المكان مناسب جدا للاطفال .. البركة والمنزلقات المائية وفعاليات الاطفال في اللوبي
الكثير من العاملين في البركة للحفاظ على امان الاطفال والحفاظ على النظافة

المكان مزدحم جدا لاننا حجزنا في فترة عيد الاضحة عند المسلمين
ازدحام شديد عند المصاعد وفي غرفة الطعام
الاثاث في الغرف قديم نسبيا
السرير الرئيس غير مريح لانه غير ثابت ويتحرك كل الوقت وينزلق عن الاتكاء على الحائط
السرير الاضافي او المقعد الذي يتحول الى سرسر للاطفال غير مريح ..
لا يوجد مخرج لتصريف المياة في الحمام في حال خروج ماء عن الاستجمام تتجمع المياه على الارضية
اضطررنا للمغادة قبل نهاية الحجز بيوم بسبب الزحمة الشديدة في المكان .. موظف الاستقبال لم يبادر بالسؤال اصلا عن سبب المغادرة المبكرة
باختصار المكان جيد ويحاولون اعطاء خدمة جيدة لكن النتيجة النهائية ليست بالمستوى المطلوب خاصة اننا حجزنا بوقت العيد والاسعار كانت مرتفعة جدا

הגעתי בלי ציפיות והיה נחמד .
Pros:

צוות בידור מקסים. נקיון בסדר. התפוסה מלאה וזה קשה מאוד לתמרן בחדר אוכל. האוכל בשפע אבל לא ממש אסטתי ונעים למראה... יש הרבה מקום לשיפור. הצוותים משתדלים שיהיה נעים אבל יש מקום לשיפור.

הפעילות לילדים היתה מושלמת המתקנים לילדים היו אחלה האוכל בסדר גמור (לא מסעדת משלן אבל הילדים אהבו ואכלו בכייף ) בגלל שהזמתי דרך בוקינג היה סופר מושלם לא היה לי תור ישר קיבלתי חדר (אגב יזמין רק דרכם ככה אין לי לחץ בציק אין) הבר היה מושלם וארטיקים והברד בחוץ טוב מאוד בחור מאוד סבלני בשורה התחתונה בסדר גמור

העובדים הסרילנקים פחות טובים לא מבינים עיברית בקושי רב אנגלית לא מתנהגים יפה לאורחים הנקיון שלהם מתחת לכל ביקורת יותר לכיוון החדרים אין מגבות אין סבונים הקומה שלנו בכל אופן תמיד היתה מלולכת השטיחים מלאים בלכלוך המקלחת אצלנו פחות היתה טובה תמיד יש מים ברצפה מלבד הנקיון בקומה הנקיון בחדרים החוסר במגבות נקיות וסבון במקלחת הכל היה מושלם נופש קודם היה הרבה יותר מושלם
