Pros:

Spacious room and well laid out. Towels and linens good quality.

Quietness and cleanliness

Staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Better quality breakfast options like bacon, truly fresh fruit, higher quality syrup choice and pastries.

Breakfast was just o.k. The "fresh fruit" looked like canned fruit cocktail, would have preferred bacon instead of saugage. The hot water dispenser for tea tasted like coffee. Not much seletion for pastries or cold cereal.

No freezer compartment in the in-room frig.

No plug in easily accessible at one bed side.

Shower head hard to adjust and not a very good flow

The nightly rate was high but I think it was due to a large event near by.

A good place to stay
Pros:

We had no issues during our stay. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast each day. We also appreciated being close to so many restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Cons:

We did find that the beds were very firm which is not our preference.

My 2nd stay... love it
Pros:

I would have preferred bacon and the eggs were kind of grainy.. other than that it was good. Loved the toaster and also the Asian lady that worked in the breakfast

Dirty and disappointing
Pros:

I don’t know who is leaving excellent reviews, but as Hampton Inns go this is a huge disappointment. It is old and things are worn and dirty. There is black mold all around our shower door, dirty floors in the bathroom, and carpet in front of of the elevators that is so worn and wrinkled that it is a tripping hazard.
The king sized bed has an outlet on only one side with no way to charge a phone or watch at night. There are no usb ports anywhere in the room.

Pros:

Staff very responsive, clean room.

Cons:

No couch to relax and enjoy the room, mattress extremely uncomfortable. My back is still messed up almost 12 hours later.

Great stay for the price.
Pros:

Our stay was comfortable and very family friendly. Our kids loved the pool. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was less than sub par. Unfortunately I didn’t eat much, but the kids loved that they could make their own waffles.

Could be cleaner.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good, but was overall I was disappointed with this stay. The pool was not clean, there was mold in my bathroom and only half of the lights in the bathroom worked. The beds were also not very comfortable and I woke up with an aching back.
