Great stay, great location and excellent room layout
Pros:

it's ok for a quick 1-2 days as a stop off or for a work trip but don't go expecting luxury

The Staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was spacious.

The hotel room and the gym both seemed pretty basic, nowhere to sit on balcony

Cons:

Balcony are not comfortable. Air condition outdoor unit are install in the balcony and Cant stand in balcony due to aircondition’s sound and heat.

The rooms were spacious, ensuite bathrooms with each bedroom was great, the living room is spacious and the kitchen comes with all the necessary supplies. Housekeeping/cleaning services on point! Great location and perfect for an urban Bangkok break.

Location and room facilities
Pros:

Location is excellent - walking distance to most amenities including BTS & EM shopping centres. Large rooms, well fitted out microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, washing machine. Water pressure strong and warm enough. Wi-fi fine. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

TV's are old and don't have streaming app capability. Breakfast is average quality, would expect better for price. Smoking not allowed on balconies - should be more clearly stated during booking process.

Pros:

Staff was cordial, attentive and pleasant. My refrigerator stopped working but the staff had it replaced within hours. The location is on Sukhumvit 24-- just feet from Emporium Mall and other great restaurants in either direction.

Cons:

The facility was not the picture. The front building picture is not the same building. The gym was located in the basement, it is small/cramped and had no views (what basement does). The furniture in my room was dated. The tub was not functional. Lastly, the room had a gnat here and there but the flying ants everywhere had me very upsetting. You may wonder; why did I stay? The room charge was not refundable and I paid for the room in full; in advance. I would have left but did not want to lose my money.

Pros:

I book this hotel because of the washing machine, location to bts & big room.

Cons:

The basin in my bathroom drains slow, the bed is not comfortable. The washing machine was making a loud sound.
Lastly, I did not like the breakfast, but people working there was polite

I would stay again
Pros:

Good location, small kitchenette available, comfortable beds though having two twins next to each other required a connector which was missing so sleeping in the middle was uncomfortable. The gym is above average with weights and some machines. Free parking is included .

Cons:

The common areas are not climate controlled. There was a snafu which caused some stress then later resolved.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

Short walking distance to the BTS station and shopping malls. The room was spacious with good amount of storage space.

Cons:

The shower diverter knob was faulty and difficult to switch between rain shower and handheld shower head. The tap system in the bathroom is quite loud and disturbed my sleep when the tenants in the next room was using the shower late at night.
