Clean, good location.
One particular staff member during breakfast, not very friendly. Had to wait for food to be brought out, this resulted in a bit of a queue of people waiting for food.

Everything was great. It's the second time I've stayed here and again the staff were so nice and welcoming and went out their way to help us. The rooms are basic but really clean and the bed is very comfy. The food is great too and 24/7 and I even got to have a vegetarian full English breakfast. The atmosphere is nice and the bar area is cool and has a pool table.
The room could be a bit bigger but that's all.

First room we were put in smelt like sewage. We then asked to be moved and were put in a room that wasn’t clean or what we had paid for. The final room we moved to was adequate, but by this point we had been up and down to reception so many times and the service was incredibly slow.

Room was badly equipped for sockets only 3 in the room and not next to the bed on one side no charging ppoints very old fashioned.

There was nothing at breakfast for allergies especially milk, could only offer oat milk as an alternative however celiac’s can’t have oats so needed soya milk so couldn’t even have a hot drink

Stayed here many times, good location as base for exploring London
Checked out ok, then 30 minutes whilst driving up the A1 north get a message from hotel saying I owe them £105 (no details) and charge attempt on my card failed.
A series of exchanges involving proof of full payment for room, breakfast & parking finally prompted a curt acknowledgment from the hotel that everything was ok, whereas I would have expected a heartfelt apology would have been more appropriate.
