Pros:

Check in process was fine.
Lift security system was very good but unusual.

Cons:

On arrival one room smelled of urine. The room was changed without comment but incident should not have happened in the first place.

Perfectly good for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Clean and convenient. Everything worked.

Cons:

Very limited free hotel parking but as the hotel car park is a section of a large municipal parking area, it is always possible to park.

Clean and convenient but not value for money.
Pros:

The room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The air.con was silent and effective.

Cons:

Insufficient milk, coffee and sugar, sticks instead of teaspoons, leaking kettle, Nestlé’s coffee, sugar not FairTrade, chipped chrome on tap, hard, flat pillows.
