Terrible lighting in the rooms. No glass in the bathroom. Noisy pipes and machinery much of the night. One elevator out of service. Shuttle to and from airport broken down. Nowhere to walk to and in house restaurant expensive.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Check in was a fabulous experience. As diamond members we had the breakfast which was amazing (my husband said if all the hotels that week we stayed at this was his best). This hotel was right next door of the airport. I didn’t realize it until the following morning when watching aurplabes take off. The hotel is sound proof! Love hotel pillows. Slept really good.
We were not taking a flight but if you were they had an arrival/departure screen in the hotel lobby of flights.
