Cons:

Staff very unfriendly at check in. Had several issues using credit card, front desk staff snarky. Room was adequate, pillows were overused and uncomfortable. Food was overpriced and restaurant was a disaster.

Being woken up in the middle by the smoke detector and having to evaluate the building. Made it harder to sleep the last two nights.

Pleasant, but could’ve been better
Pros:

Very clean, big parking, the gym is nice

Cons:

When the air conditioning would kick on, the air would blow onto the curtains and make them bump into the wall constantly. It was very noisy, I had difficulty sleeping

it was a great trip and a great place to stay.

Cons:

wish we could have gotten a hilton in the city. taxis got expensive. hotels were difficult to get tulip festival.

Not enough staff . Poor safety protocols. Very disappointing that a big hotel chain has such a poor safety policy( regarding the fire alarm).
