Hotel exterior looked abandoned. Trash, dead landscaping, people hanging out in corner of parking lot. Room was old, outdated, and smelled terrible. Moldy, musty, intolerable. Had to turn the heat on. Do not stay here.
The hotel does not offer black tea for breakfast, only afternoon teas such as camomile. Although it is says that breakfast is served until 10:00 am. from 9:30 am staff start clearing the breakfast stand.
Breakfast not meeting expectations. Receptionist not well trained. I have booked through booking, upon arrival, I was requested to pay again because the night receptionist did not know about booking service. The following day , the day receptionist informed me I was going to be refunded. The check-in experience was horrible.

Water sucked and not drinkable. Way too much sulfur but that’s a common complaint in many places in Florida.
Great staff, but the rooms smelled of mildew. The rooms are dated. Especially the bathroom. I’d leave the room to go outside for fresh air.
