Good value for money , big rooms, decent movie channels good buffet breakfast . Quiet location no noise at night ... I have stayed in hotel several times and always enjoyed. Close to Terminal 21

Cons:

Shuttle bus didn't operate during my time in hotel .. I prefer a softer bed but bed was adequate

Great location with potential but poor management
Pros:

Large rooms with confortable large beds
Excellent location!! Walking distance to pattaya center, terminal 21 and the beach.

Cons:

Beyond old facilities there is a serious maintenance problem. The pool accessible room had a stair not fixed at all that could have injured us very seriously. When mentioned they changed our room but did not fix it. The pool joints between tiles are heavily charged with green algea. The water may appear clear but it is because it is heavily chlorinated. When we mentioned it they acknowledged again but didn t fix over our 8 nights stay.
The tuktuk on site was never available.
