Clean room fist day if you have kids bring a broom because they don’t clean your floor every day

Last minute stay but will avoid in future..

Only thing was the pillow!

Cons:

You don’t use a spin mop to mop floors. Goodness get an industrial mop and do it right. You always sweep before hand also, otherwise you are just pushing the dirt around. They could have stood to clean windows, doors and vacuum hallways. Hair tie was on the floor in front of our door and never picked up. So I know it wasn’t vacuumed. Elevator doors were disgusting. Elevator was slow, so pack a lunch on your way up or down. Staff was eh, need to smile more. No continental breakfast as advertised.. microwave was dirty and room floor wasn’t mopped. Definitely could use some deep cleaning. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend my friends or family to stay.
