Pros:

A 350mt della stazione JR Yamanote. Fermata Kanda. Stanza piccola rispetto al Comfort di Kyoto. Un pochino più datato. Comodo per gli ultimi giorni prima della ripartenza a tre fermate con il collegamento con aeroporto Haneda

No volvería a elegir este hotel. Si bien el personal fue muy amable, nos trató excelente en todo momento y nos ayudó a resolver un cambio en la duración de nuestra estadía, el hotel no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas en comparación con otros del mismo estilo. La habitación (incluso sabiendo que en Japón suelen ser pequeñas) era extremadamente chica; casi no se podía entrar al baño. Aunque todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado, se nota que es un hotel antiguo que necesita una renovación. Un dato a tener en cuenta: hay un solo ascensor para todo el edificio, por lo que los tiempos de espera pueden ser bastante largos.

English: I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Although the staff was very friendly, treated us wonderfully at all times, and helped us manage a change in our length of stay, the hotel did not live up to expectations compared to others we visited. The room (even keeping in mind that rooms in Japan are generally small) was extremely tiny; there was barely any space in the bathroom. While everything was clean and functional, you can tell it's an older property in need of a renovation. One thing to keep in mind: there is only one elevator for all the rooms, so waiting times can be longer than usual.

快適な宿泊でした。
Pros:

朝食も美味しく、宿泊前からとても丁寧な対応をしていただきました。

Cons:

子供と3人で泊まると事前にお伝えしていたにも関わらず、一人で宿泊するためだけのタオルや歯ブラシしかセットされておらず残念でした。

La struttura era in una posizione fantastica, entro 10 minuti da tutte le stazioni, camere pulite e staff gentile e lavanderia stesso in hotel

Cons:

La camera davvero molto piccola, sapevamo che era cosi ma in altri hotel lo spazio era gestito meglio, la colazione scarsa e poco internazionale

Pros:

ロビーがカフェ的にくつろげるようになっていて、雰囲気が良い。エレベーターは早い。
コーヒー、お茶が用意されている。
部屋自体はベッドとテーブルの間は空間があり、過ごしやすい。
朝食が無料。

Cons:

入り口が狭い。ドアからすり抜けるように部屋の中に入る構造。
段差を越え風呂場へ。浴槽は足を曲げないと入れない狭さ。備え付けのシャンプー類は安めの物なのか匂いが嫌。
トイレも壁に近く、狭い。
ボディタオルが無いのはかなりマイナス。
入浴剤なんてものもないので、サービスとしてはガッカリ。
全館空調の為冷房のみ。しかも古い機種のようで温度設定が１℃刻み。今時は0.5℃刻みできるのが多い。
ドライヤー、空気清浄機等備え付けの家電は軒並み古く使い込んだ感じが出ている。
ベッドが小さく、足が落ちる感じで寝心地悪かった。

Convenable pour une petite periode
Pros:

Bien situé, petit dejeuner compris, personnel accueillant, lit confortable, chambre propre. Prises près du lit

Cons:

Très petit, on a juste la place d’ouvrir les valises sur le sol, baignoire très haute pour rentrer dedans, salle de bain vraiment petite (largeur et hauteur). Lit assez petit mais le rideau qui ne cache pas bien le jour donc reveil à 5h du matin par la lumière
