The location & stay is overall satisfactory, but would have been better with future improvements.
Pros:

Metro station, bus stops, boulangeries, cafes and supermarket are located within 8-10 mins walk from hotel. There is also a carrefour supermarket which is a 5 mins walk from hotel. The neighbourhood is quiet but safe.

Cons:

The lift was out of service and the luggages were carried up via the stairs. The fittings in the room looks dated and there is only 2 electric sockets in the room which is located on the writing desk. The sink in the toilet is narrow and washing up is a challenge. There are no hooks near the bath shower to hang a change of clothes and bath towel.

Cons:

The hotel canceled my booking 1 hr before check in. In 2 pm. I visited there directly but they refused that they cant make the payment directly

Hommikusöök Pariisi kohta oli rikkalik. Metroopeatus on jalutuskäigu kaugusel, toidupood samuti.

Cons:

Kahjuks oli nädalavahetus ja lift oli katki, seega pidi viiendale korrusele minema jala kogu peatumise aja.

Ljubazno osoblje. Čistoća sobe i cijelog hotela. Sadržaj sobe. Mirno okruženje bez buke. Odlična lokacija. Neposredna blizina javnog prijevoza.

Cons:

Na žalost, lift nije bio u funkciji, a soba nam je bila na 4. katu.

Отель был чистым , номер удобный. Все необходимое было в номере.
Персонал приветливый.

Cons:

К сожалению при бронировании не предупреждают , что будут снимать деньги для гарантии. Также при заезде , эти деньги не считают в стоимость оплаты за номер. За номер оплата производится в полном объеме.
Гарантийные деньги обещают вернуть после выезда . Сегодня третий день , как мы выехали из отеля.
Деньги так и не были возвращены. На сообщения отель не отвечает.

Pas mal comme hôtel mais je ne recommanderai pas

Le petit dej et certaines personnes du personnel

Cons:

La réception principale que j’ai trouvé raciste et hautaine
Le service de nettoyage ne faisait pas correctement son travail
Les chambres n’ont pas un système pour éviter d’écouter les bruits de couloir ou des chambres voisines et c’était assez dérangeant parce qu’on sait pas discuter dans la chambre
