Location and Malborough room excellent.

Cons:

The toilet flush broke so needed to use the waste bin filled with water from the bath to flush. I suspect this was a known fault.
Bathroom window painted shut ( could be easily fixed). Sash window broken.... just need a a wooden prop in the short term.
Gorgeous room otherwise. ( loved it).

I very rarely fill out reviews but there were a couple of tiny things which, if attended to, would make a difference.

We shall definitely stay again!! Your staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Ps, there is a large cobweb in the ceiling recess to the right of the toaster.
Another easy win to be had. :-)

A beautiful, luxurious hotel with fantastic facilities, thoughtful touches and excellent value for money
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Brook Hall Hotel and were really impressed with the whole experience. The hotel was beautiful, stylish and had such a fancy feel to it.

There were three adults staying in our room, and everything was catered for us really well. When we arrived at reception, we were even given some lovely goodies, which was such a kind and thoughtful touch.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had a fantastic spa bath, which was a real highlight and made the stay feel extra special. There was also a pool table and darts available, which gave us plenty to keep us entertained during our downtime.

My mum, my friend and I all really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Overall, a beautiful hotel with lots of lovely little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Nice for short stays
Pros:

We were able to check in earlier than 2 pm, which was handy as we travelled from Derbyshire. We only had interaction with the staff twice during our 1 night stay: once at reception when we arrived, and once when asking the cleaners where our room was. The staff were friendly but very monotone, with very little smiling. The room was as expected. Good parking. The shower and bath was great, lots of pressure. We did not use the jacuzzi function in the bath.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were given a cookie/biscuit each, which was wrapped in cling film, with no date or allergy information on it. We found this odd. The feathers in the duvet and pillows had bunched up into separate balls, meaning that it was quite uncomfortable. The wifi was good in the day time, but not at night when there was understandably more people using it.

Everything was such a lovely comfortable stay. Staff was so kind and welcoming. The owner was such a kind lovely woman so warm and friendly couldn’t do enough for us fabulous stay. We will definitely be back felt so at home. Thank you for making us feel so welcome food was 10/10 big high five to the chef
