The front desk associate, Jessica, was so nice and patient and me and my sister had fun with her during our check in.

I paid more per night than I did at another establishment on the north side, where I had a bigger room with adequate sea

Room was clean. Kitchenette area would have been nice if my stay was longer.

Cons:

Staff was abrupt and not very friendly at check-in.
Towels were extremely thin. If you don’t request shampoo, there is none in the room. Same with items for the kitchenette. One desk chair and one upholstered chair, if 2 people are in the room, both cannot sit and eat at the table at the same time.

It was short, good but ended with deception.

The friendliness, professional and welcoming attitudes of the people.

Cons:

The fact I wanted to extend my stay and had to go online to get and check out Cary my bags with me than come back 4 hours later. The queen size seem like a double. But I was charged the same price Room I reserved a queen room 135. I told the clerk she replied all of the rooms are doubles. But I just left out of a king. Liar
