The staff jumped right on cleaning our room when we arrived and it hadnt been cleaned yet. We needed an extra blanket and they got it for us immediately. They dont have an ice machine but gave us some ice trays because we didn't have them in our room. I would stay again.
Unfortunately there wasn't a blow dryer.
From check-in to check-out, the stay was pleasant. There were two particular team members that went above and beyond. The over night manager made sure we had extra towels and had our room wiped down one more time before we settled in. Another young man who was the morning porter helped us load our bags upon check-out and was kind to ask if there was anything else to make our visit comfortable. The overall experience was positive and for the location and pricing at the time, I would consider another stay here.
The minor updates and HVAC work was challenging in the morning but we were out exploring the town most of our days. The overnight manager that was there when we would return and was always so nice to let us know if things were wrapping up or would always offer cold waters.

Reaches in the room. We told management and they were very upset because they said they spray weekly and were remorseful for our experience. Staff very friendly!

Location was great, as it is very close to everything needed.
Air conditioner was mediocre. Room was somewhat clean. Breakfast was coffee and frozen muffins.
The AC in the lobby and halls were malfunctioning .
I also woke up with a tick on my leg !
Rooms were very dated. There were no amenities in the room- no cups or plates, no coffee maker. The cooktop didn’t work. There is no ice machine to fill a cooler or even get ice for the room.
