Absolutely NOTHING!!!
THE MOTEL HAD TRACES OF BED BUGS, THE MICROWAVE DOOR WAS HANGING, THE CLOSET DOOR WAS BROKE, NO DISHES WHAT SO EVER FOR A FULL KITCHEN, HAD TO MOP AND SWEEP THE FLOORS THE WHOLE TIME AND NO TOWELS OR WASH CLOTHS! WORST PLACE TO EVER STAY AT! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!!!!! OH AND CRACK HEADS ALL AROUND THE PROPERTY!!
The staff are super and friendly
The beds are very uncomfortable. We are both handicapped. I requested a handicapped room, not received. They put us on the second floor and no elevator because it was still out of order. We had stayed there weeks earlier...
I had to pay twice because the staff said I didn't pay by booking, and I haven't received my refund yet

The staff w as very friendly
We stayed the a few weeks ago and their elevator was broken, they did have first floor room however as we are handicapped. This time I requested a few handicapped room and when I arrived the had none. They wanted us on the 2nd floor with the elevator still broken. There were no other rooms local so we had to take it. The air stayed hot all night and the bed was terrible.
Staff was very nice.
Everything that involved the room and the facility.! Not clean, toilet seat was awful, bed was extremely uncomfortable, we didn't get a good night's sleep!

The staff was very polite and our room was very spacious and clean. I like the kitchen being in the room also for the time we chose to stay in and cook.
I like a walk in showers without the tub, but other than that everything was great.

The first room I was assigned had roaches. The elevator buttons are a known issue that haven’t been resolved, the “upgrade” I was supposed to get to offset the issue with the first room was no different from the first room, just two floors up. The other guests were loud day and night.

Checking in was a nightmare staff on duty was unable to find reservations for myself and several other people that had used booking.com .also they attempted to charge me more than I was told upon booking this room. Staff was rude stating he couldn't help us. After much discussion I paid and received my room key

Staff took over a hr just to come down and check us in the hotel (waited until 12am). Then when we got checked in, there were roaches right when you open the door. We ended up leaving immediately and had to find someone else to stay. Requesting a refund.
