Spa osasto-suht pieni ja ei siinä mitä vika ole mutta siellä on sellaiset ihanat lämpimät pedit missä voi lepää mutta kun porukka heitää sinne pyyhket ja see ois kun heille varattuna vaikka ei käyttä. Spa työntekijöt voisivat otta siitä huomioon että kaikkilla ois mahdollisuus käyttä niitä

Хорошее спа, в номере включен минибар. Хорошие переговорки на 11 этаже.

Cons:

Скудный завтрак, за 3 ночи не было уборки номера ни разу. отель был переполнен и людей в спа слишком много, полы постоянно мокрые и скользкие - вытирать не успевают. В лобби топтался неблагополучный мужчина, который просил денег у гостей и его никто не выгонял.

The location is beautiful and the room has been renovated. I liked the spaciousness, the separate wardrobe alcove and the large bathroom.

The hotel has lovely staff.

The receptionists in the spa area were very welcoming, the spa ritual was delightful, and the specialist did an excellent job. I really enjoyed it – I recommend it!

Cons:

In the wellness oasis area, the pools seemed a bit too cool—though I'm sure there's a reason for it.
But the children's pool also felt too cool.
