Pros:

Apartment and location was great

Cons:

Saturday night and Sunday morning was really disappointing as for the noise and fighting and broken glass coming from the apartment above as well as the drinks, cigarettes and rubbish. Absolutely terrifying 😳

The location was good and it was good they let animals stay

Cons:

Communication with the company direct was terrible. They stuffed up and told me it was “ too bad “ so I had to pay extra. No where to plug in phone to charge, no hair dryer, there were so many things missing. When I tried to follow up on my complaint they told me there was no record of it

Convenient, easy and well priced!
Pros:

The location was perfect as we were seeing a show at the Princess Theatre. The room was neat and clean, and parking was easy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom new and clean.

Cons:

The wi-fi didn't even show up on our devices to be able to connect and the bathroom is poorly designed as the shower door swings both inwards and outwards, when swung inwards it hit the showerhead and if swung outwards hit the bathroom door. This was a safety concern for us.

great central location, modern clean apartments with all the resources you could need.
Pros:

we really liked how the apartment was styled and we had all the functional household resources you could possibly need. The heater was very effective for the cold weather and there was plenty of storage for suitcases and clothing!

Cons:

Just a few really small things, like the quality of the tea towels and bin bags.

Very roomy in the apartment - all of us girls had a great time - it was a shame we where only there for the night.

Cons:

Lift did take a bit as we were on the 26floor.

Perfect spot for short Melbourne trips

Location was great and the room itself was comfortable and really clean. Loved the contactless check in but did appreciate that staff were on-site if needed.

Perfect place to discover the top end of town.
Pros:

It’s a brilliant place to stay - convenient, modern and the beds are incredible comfortable.

Cons:

Slight gripe, but the wardrobe shelf hadn’t been dusted in a very long time, which I only discovered after I put my clothes up there and found them covered in dust when I went to wear them.

Otherwise the place is great.
