Great location, not super comfy
Pros:

Great location, super easy check in. Bathroom great. View unmatched.
Super accommodating when adding on our dog.

Cons:

No balcony, very small, car park is barely accessible with a large car (we had great difficulty) and the bed/pillows weren’t super comfy.

Perfect for our business trip. All directions were easy to follow & felt safe staying there.
Pros:

Location, security, clean, spacious facilities, their hairdryer !!

Cons:

Nothing - for us

Only thing is the shower is in bath (as often can be and was fine) however maybe not suitable for movement impaired people.

Great, efficient and seamless process and service
Pros:

Very spacious with full amenities, clean kitchen, rooms and bathroom. Location was good as well and hardly any disturbances with noise.

Cons:

Parking onsite could be better with hardly space to park car and seemed tight going up the ramp.

Great staff, great location - but wait until the renovations are finished - then it'll be fantastic
Pros:

This is such a good location & my rooms have been great. I've now stayed here twice - but really, they should've just closed the place down & gone all out in refurbishing it. Doing it a few floors at a time while accommodating guests doesn't make staying there the best experience

Cons:

I've stayed here before and will do so again once all the renovations have been completed. Previously I've been on a lower floor so the construction noise wasn't too bad - this time on a higher floor, it was intrusive - especially in the morning. There are constant issues with the lifts being slow due to them being needed to transport construction materials - so a lot of patience is required.

A nice modern stay in a perfect location, but we had issues with amenities and check in.
Pros:

Perfect location and very modern and nice looking spaces. Plenty of room in the apartments and standard room.

Cons:

The self check-in process was a nightmare, especially since we had multiple bookings made by the same person. The staff member onsite was friendly but seemed confused and struggled to help us. There were missing items from one of our apartments eg. an ironing board. The second bedroom in the apartment had no airflow whatsoever - no aircon, fan, windows or vents so the room was stiflingly still. We also had to pay a $200 deposit (refundable) per apartment which seemed obscene instead of just holding our card incase case of any damage.

Comfortable apartment, but check that everything works when you first arrive.
Pros:

The overall experience was ok, and the on-site staff were great. We had problems with our room; the toilet in the main bathroom was constantly leaking and so the cistern tap had been turned off and the toilet was unusable. Then when we plugged in a phone to charge it the whole of the electricity in the apartment went out. We tried to fix it at the fuse box, but couldn't get it started again. The staff were great and found us another room within about 30 minutes, but it was a lower quality room; we had started with a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 21st floor with great views over the city, and were moved to a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the 11th floor that looked into adjoining buildings. Having said that, the new room was comfortable and adequate to our needs.

Cons:

There are renovations happening in the building, as per the signs. My guess is that our initial room was recently renovated and they hadn't done their proper maintenance check before letting it to the public again.

Would definitely recommend, and I will be staying here again.
Pros:

Clean easy to access, spacious apartment with friendly concierge staff and 24/7 support phone number.

Cons:

No tea towel in the kitchen, everything else was fabulous!
