Incredible stunning hotel! The hotel is very beautiful building located in the centre of Lecce and the hotel has a very nice rooftop with a stunning view of Lecce city. Also, don’t missed out the swing pool which is stunning and the lady at the spa super friendly and taking good care of us. The service here I would say better than Aman! People here are super welcoming and professional. They are taking care of us like we are their family. Eleonora, she is super nice and help us a lot to have a great time in Lecce! I can’t imagine we would have a great time without her. Stefano, the bellboy, he is our true hero! He helps us with the bag and to guide us to the train station on time in very tight time. Giuseppe, the maître d'hôtel, he surprised us with the truly luxury service at breakfast and during the day. I can see this hotel more than that as we see Pierpaolo, the GM and the owner of the hotel always on the floor to make sure the guests have an amazing experience here at the hotel. I really wish to be back there and stay longer. They really make our vacation magical.
We were at the Tivoli Hotel for the first time. I loved the aesthetics and atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, with a signature teramisu and cheese plate. The hotel has excellent service and spa. The location is wonderful, with the entire historic center of Lecce within walking distance. We want to return to this hotel again and bring our children.
The bed was hard - but that seems to be everywhere in Europe. The room was spotless and the staff was amazing. They were incredibly helpful and informative. The breakfast was also delicious! The location was good too
We booked this hotel having previously experienced excellent service at a hotel in Verona within the same hotel group. The Tivoli at Lecce exceeded our expectations on every level! The front desk team were outstanding, they were extremely welcoming and helpful. Eleanora and Erik deserve a special mention - their customer service really was exceptional! The breakfast team were also excellent!
I would recommend the Tivoli unreservedly if you are visiting Lecce!
Lecce is an amazing place and Tivoli (and its staff) makes it even more impressive. Erik, the Cabo Verdian concierge was amzingly helpful and kind. Extremely helpful and nice staff, comfortable rooms and a great restaurant.
Had the most amazing stay in Lecce. The hotel staff went more than above to make our stay wonderful. I have to say Eleanora and Eric (Guest Liaison) organised our days to the full. Everything was answered in full to make our week most enjoyable.
They organised trips to Ostuni, beach clubs, wine and food tasting and advised on all trips.
The hotel is 5 star in elegance and grandeur, roof top bar which was relaxed for an evening drink. Breakfast was vast and I never left feeling hungry.
Room was clean and had lots of space, only thing no walk in shower, had to climb into the bath.
Thank you and hope to return again soon.
An absolutely wonderful experience.
We stayed here for seven nights so really got to know the workings of the hotel.
The beds are amazing. Massive and comfortable. The rooms are fully equipped and spacious. Towels, robes and slippers sumptuous.
ALL of the staff are kind, welcoming but most of all, genuine. They took the whole experience to another level. I’m going to miss their warm smiles and happy faces. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had staying in a hotel.
Many thanks.
High quality hotel in the heart of Lecce old town. The rooms were of a very high standard, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. The rooftop bar was overpriced in our opinion. We went once but didn’t return, much preferring to enjoy a drink in a piazza for half the price. We ate on the restaurant once. It was very quiet , food and service were very good
We (family of there adults) had a great experience at the Tivoli hotel which has been recently and beautifully renovated. The staff helped us with our travel planning including arranging an excellent guide.
The location was perfect for walking around Lecce. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and very good breakfast buffet.
From entering the hotel we had the friendliest of welcomes from both Francesca and Erik. The room was everything we could have asked for in terms of comfort and cleanliness, a real luxury feel. We regret we were only able to spend one night and would absolutely make this our hotel of choice if we return. A further mention goes to the extensive breakfast where everything was presented perfectly and nothing was too much trouble for the team. Thank you to Francesca for the ice cream recommendation, the best we have had this holiday. In short a 10 out of 10 hotel. Thank you
Spent three nights here and loved it. This hotel is a perfect location with all the major historical sites nearby and shops and restaurants literally everywhere. Rooms were large and well appointed and a window that opens and AC was a plus. It’s my understanding that the hotel was closed for six months for a complete remodel and the results are fabulous. The rooftop garden/bar is great, the ground floor lobby, sitting areas, restaurant and breakfast room are spectacular and the staff here are outstanding. And every evening they come by with complementary water and chocolates and check to see if everything’s OK. And room amenities include mini refrigerator , robes, slippers, coffee/tea makers and more. If you’re planning a trip to Lecce you need to check this place out. We will return.
I loved that they have a small candy bar in the lobby bc I love candy marshmallow and gummy bears. The location is great and pretty central. The breakfast buffet was really good. The robes and slippers were so soft! But the pillows were a bit flat. I should have asked for another pillow. The room was spacious and the king bed was huge. We had a terrace but it looked into the atrium, so there was no view. The TV had an easy QR code to hook up to your netflix account. The bathroom was spacious. My only issue w our bathroom was that there were no hooks next to the shower to hang our towels, they were on the opposite side of the bathroom, which makes no sense and to me, also dangerous to walk wet and risk falling n slippery floors to get a towel, unless you drape it on the tub. Anyway, we did have a slight issue w shower leaking and getting the floor wet, but maybe that was just our room. They have a nice dyson hair dryer and a steamer. Only issue w the steamer is that the plug only worked in the bathroom plug by the sink, yet there was no hook near it for me to hang my dress to steam! Again the hooks. If they had hooks by the shower for the towels, it could have also worked for steaming clothes. The set up was obviously designed by a man. I informed the staff of this. The hotel manager Erik and the Francesca at the front desk were super helpful, welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here!
This was a wonderful experience. The room was tastefully appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. There were many options. I would highly recommend.
Our stay at Palazzo Tivoli Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, clean, elegant, and perfectly located for exploring Lecce by walk.
A special thank you to Francesca at the front desk for her amazing recommendations and kindness — thanks to her, we discovered Lecce in the best possible way… and yes, the pasticciotto from bar Alvino was incredible!
Also, a big thank you to Nicoletta,Francesco and Nives for their warm and attentive breakfast service every morning. They made each day start perfectly.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and authentic Italiano experience!
See you soon!!!!
Fantastic hotel. Newly renovated and reopened. The rooms were beautiful comfortable and well appointed. Can’t say enough about the shower! You’ll see! The staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Francesca at the front desk was particularly helpful. The breakfast was over the top delicious. And the location was perfect. Within steps of everything.
Brand new Hotel from Tivoli located in the close to the main square in Storic Center of Lecce. Me and family had a extraordinary time. The staff was so friendly and helpful in all details that made our experience amazing
Having booked our two night stay for 4 of us 12 months ago, I was appalled with the rooms we were allocated. Small and dark, so bad I threatened to switch hotels. Fortunately, they found us a front facing room 100% better, and roomier. Alessandro and his lady colleague on front desk were gems. Breakfast just about passed muster tho when u have to pay an extra E10 for an omelette, once again I thought they were taking the mickey, and the restaurant was very dark with an unattractive menu. As said, the location was fab and the proximity of the AliB bar across the square was very welcome. Also, the Volo (gf) and Tabisco restaurant ( great meat) and the walking tour made our Lecce stay most enjoyable.
Location. Spacious room and bathroom
Expensive for what it is, no pool, old-fashioned decor, the king bed was actually two beds pushed together and therefore very uncomfortable with space in the middle where you sink in
