Pros:

Très bon accueil en français. Personnel irréprochable. Très belle chambre spacieuse donnant sur un extérieur sympa. Des boissons gratuites à disposition dans la chambre. Excellent petit déjeuner copieux et varié avec des gâteaux faits maison sortis du four. Un parking souterrain très utile.

Hotel stra consigliato!
Pros:

Massima gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria. I ragazzi del personale davvero gentili ed educati. Servizi top, perfino acqua naturale e gasata a disposizione ogni giorno. I pelosi sono i benvenuti! Colazione favolosa, continentale ed Americana. Possibilità di usufruire del garage sotterraneo. Posizione dell'hotel davvero ottimale, si può raggiungere il certo di Orta a piedi in 10 minuti circa, seguendo la passeggiata lungo lago. Nonostante ciò, posizione tranquilla, e uno splendido percorso nel bosco a fianco alla struttura.

La cortesia del personale vince sulle piccole sfortune
Pros:

La posizione è ottimale ed è stato per noi fondamentale poter lasciare l'auto parcheggiata tutto il week end e muoverci a piedi verso il centro. L'hotel si trova in una posizione comodissima difatti per muoversi e raggiungere il centro a piedi con una passeggiata lungo lago di circa 15/20 minuti. Comodi anche la gelateria ed il pub nelle vicinanze per una merenda o cena nei dintorni dell'albergo. Colazione buona! La cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale hanno messo in secondo piano le piccole sfortune avute durante il soggiorno! Segnaliamo che ci è stato offerto sempre un pronto riscontro ed una soluzione per risolvere quanto da noi segnalato, compreso il cambio camera.

Cons:

Le "sfortune" avute durante il soggiorno hanno riguardato la consegna degli asciugamani, la ventola del bagno che non circolava a sufficienza il ricambio di aria ed il caldo che ha sorpreso un po' tutti lo scorso week end. Tutti temi a cui la struttura ha dato riscontro positivo con soluzioni per risolvere quanto da noi segnalato e questo - per noi - è stato fondamentale per trascorrere un sereno soggiorno.
Farei una piccola nota su un ritinteggiare stanze e zone comuni, e per la colazione che al primo impatto è un poco dispersiva, dei cartelli che indicano il contenuto dei piatti possono essere utili.

Découverte du lac d’Orta avec ravissement facilitée par le séjour dans cet hôtel et son restaurant.
Pros:

L’accueil, la disponibilité de toute l’équipe, les petites attentions (bouteilles d’eau à disposition, friandises dans la chambre ainsi que des boissons, plateau de courtoisie), le petit déjeuner (énorme variété de légumes et de fruits, grand choix de produits laitiers et de charcuteries), la proximité des sites à visiter, sans oublier l’excellent restaurant en ville appartenant au même établissement : le Filo Fieno, un must, mais n’oubliez pas de réserver !!

Soggiorno rilassante
Pros:

camera ampia e confortevole , giardinetto esterno con molto verde a far frescura , tavolinetto con sedie molto comode , dotazione bar a disposizione gratuitamente , buona la colazione sia dolce che salata con bottiglie d'acqua minerale al tavolo . Bottigliette d'acqua minerale a disposizione del cliente ( gratuitamente ) . Garage privato

Cons:

Per quello che mi riguarda l'unica cosa negativa che ho trovato è stato il materasso , troppo duro per me , consiglierei l'aggiunta di un topper per rendere la superfice del materasso più morbida e confortevole .

Very good stay. Orta is a small town and it is difficult to find hotels in the old town.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located. Free parking was available close to the hotel, which was very handy

Cons:

The room was on the 1st floor and on the side of the street, which was slightly noisy (busy street). The breakfast was quite basic.
