Pros:

Tout d'abord l'accueil. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute.
L'hôtel dispose d'un parking intérieur surveillé, ce qui est très pratique dans cette région touristique. Il est situé à un quart d'heure de marche de la place centrale, mais le long d'une promenade à la circulation réduite au bord du lac
Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre calme, toute rénovée, avec une salle de bain moderne et une grande douche, la literie était de qualité.
Le petit déjeuner était varié et de qualité.

Abbastanza pulita e vicino a Villa Crespi

Cons:

La stanza deluxe aveva la luce di emergenza verde sempre accesa di notte e dava fastidio per dormire. Inoltre c’era un rumore costante in stanza (non del condizionatore) ma di qualche altro dispositivo forse da fuori ogni 2-3 minuti. Non c’era uno specchio in stanza. Nel bagno non c’erano i porta asciugamani. E la porta del bagno a vetro offuscato non chiudeva bene e la ventola (bagno cieco) non funzionava.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο με parking. Πολύ καλό πρωινό.

Cons:

Είναι λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο. Αλλά η έτσι κι αλλιώς η Όρτα είανι χτισμένη σε λόφο και η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο με αυτοκίνητα είναι πολύ περιορισμένη. Υπάρχει όμως parking με πληρωμή στην είσοδο της πόλης.

Disponibilità di un posto auto coperto, seppur con supplemento di 10€.

Cons:

Odore di urina di cane, dal garage fino ai piani con le camere, che rende davvero difficile sostare in struttura (specialmente nei pressi del salone dove viene servita la colazione).
Camera un po' buia e dettagli poco curati.
