Had such a gorgeous romantic getaway I’m so happy
Pros:

I love this hotel it’s just so classy and beautiful!
I’ve been back a few times and never any complaints!

Cons:

There’s nothing I didn’t like but would have liked robes and slippers in my room but that’s about it.

Pros:

We expected more for the money paid the room was very basic and was absolutely riddled with ants every surface was covered in them and when I woke in the night I had ants on me

Lovely venue, large very nice rooms and good spa facilities
Pros:

Large and very comfortably appointed rooms. Large bathroom, spa was great with a sauna, steam room and large pool for guests. Access to gardens on the golf course very nice.

Cons:

Just a bit chaotic at times but everyone is very friendly and willing to help. Just felt some training would help to take this place up a notch.

Pros:

Great venue , lovely people very friendly. We had a very relaxing few days. Good location for all the golf in the Merseyside area. Definitely will be back .
