Overpriced and Undervalued.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet as very few guests were there at that time of year.

Cons:

When demand is very low, it stands to reason that the price for the product should fall. In Thunder Bay there seems to be some sort of hotel collusion as even though there are no guests wanting rooms at the time of year we stayed, prices at all Thunder bay hotels are exorbitant. Hotels across Canada do not charge the rates that hotels in Thunder Bay do, especially when demand is so low. We will avoid stopping in Thunder Bay from now on.

Was a nice to relax after a 13 hours drive
Pros:

Love the free breakfast to start our day! I don’t book anywhere that doesn’t have it

Cons:

This is going to sound weird, but the Bell receiver hanging on the wall behind TV has a clock on it that is quite bright when trying to sleep…we put a face clothe over it

Pros:

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and well looked after. Comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was reasonably good. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

They had a button on the online "check out" asking if you wanted to tip the hotel staff, $260 for 10 hours in a room and they also want tips???

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great place. Nice rooms, good breakfast, great 24/7 coffee, good location.
My only negative comment is my room was across from the cleaners' office, and but are they noisy in the morning!
