The staff were polite, loved the little note in the room. Room was at a lovely temperature.
The bed was incredibly hard and so I had a very bad night sleep , had to use pillows to lay on. Breakfast was a bit bland.

I’m so sorry to write this bad review for hotel I used to like very much.
I been charged two consecutive times for two rooms even if I booked only one room for myself.
I think booking system is faulty and when I tried to report this no one will listen. I will never go there again and don’t advise anyone to take the risk to be double charged with no reason. You should fix problem with your booking system
Mi ero dimenticata di informare che viaggiavo con il cane e quando siamo arrivati ci hanno cambiato di stanza perché chi ha il cane soggiorna solo al piano terra. Non capisco questa differenza se poi ho anche pagato il supplemento del cane

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Room a good size, clean and had air conditioning. Good quality, comfortable mattress and choice of pillows. Very good breakfast.

Smooth check in even very late at night, friendly chatty staff, great facilities in the room, good shower, comfy bed, excellent aircon, free parking, quiet rooms.
Not much, we like this place a lot. The tea and coffee machine is awful and there's such a big queue when it's busy. The hot water in the machine isn't quite hot enough and makes a weird froth. It would be better to have a couple of hot water urns separate from the machine. The coffee is very much lacking in flavour. I forgot to ask for extra pillows as mine were a bit squashy. We were on the ground floor with the window to the road. The window was filthy and the 'garden'/greenery has rubbish in it and looks pretty neglected. The carpet in our room has seen better days, a variety of stains on it from bleached at the door to a big burgundy spill by the bed.
