Cons:

The hotel and rooms were grubby, the breakfast was awful - coffee terrible and small quantities of badly cooked, badly presented food coming out of the kitchen sporadically and kept running out. On top of that, the elderly residents were treated with disrespect. Really not a nice way to go to sleep or start the day.

The hotel was comfortable but it could have been better.
Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was good and well cleaned. The facilities in the room were very good.

Cons:

The restaurant was somewhat disorganised. Salt and pepper pots and other things left on the seats. Some tables were not cleared. Someone had even left a bag on the floor which is a safety hazard.

Very good stay except for type of room.
Pros:

Breakfast very good. Location good. Beds very comfortable.

OK for a 1 night stay.
Pros:

The staff were polite, loved the little note in the room. Room was at a lovely temperature.

Cons:

The bed was incredibly hard and so I had a very bad night sleep , had to use pillows to lay on. Breakfast was a bit bland.

Faulty booking system
Pros:

I’m so sorry to write this bad review for hotel I used to like very much.

Cons:

I been charged two consecutive times for two rooms even if I booked only one room for myself.
I think booking system is faulty and when I tried to report this no one will listen. I will never go there again and don’t advise anyone to take the risk to be double charged with no reason. You should fix problem with your booking system
