The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly.
I was up until 4 in the morning with teenagers running the hall, knocking on my door and running off. I called the front desk at 1:30 to ask if they could have them stop it but loud laughing and screaming continued most of the night.
Location was good.
Staff a bit intrusive
Ten o’clock male knocked on the door wanting to do fire practice outside. Overall, uncomfortable feeling.
Very nice facility and clean.
We weren’t really impressed with the breakfast but wasn’t terrible. There were eggs, hashbrowns, waffles, etc but didn’t see any meat (sausage or bacon). That would’ve been nice. Overall it was ok.
The building was very nice, and the staff was incredibly kind. The room was spacious and comfortable.
I didn’t like how the cleaning service was unable to clean my room if I wasn’t up by 11 AM. If I wanted my room cleaned at 1:30 or 2 PM, that wasn’t an option. Some of the towels I received were dirty and had hair in them. The first room I walked into had a stained comforter, but they changed my room promptly.
We stayed here last Friday for the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Kalamazoo and had a wonderful experience! When we checked in, we were surprised with a room upgrade, which was super exciting. The room was almost 1,000 square feet and gave our family of four plenty of space to spread out and relax. We all slept great, and the beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was good and a nice way to start our morning. I also want to give a special shoutout to Zeus, who was extremely helpful and welcoming during check-in and made a great first impression.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again when we’re in the Kalamazoo area!
The outdoor area was great for family gathering for pizza!

Beds were very uncomfortable shower floor was all busted even the toilet seat was broken. For the price I expected better.

The best hotel, it was very comfortable, and my friends were happy with the service and breakfast.
We noticed that the body wash bottle was empty; it’s not a big problem, just wanted to mention it.
Everything except the ac wouldn't let you turn it up or down.
The ac controls didn't work but the ac did come on.
The 1 bedroom suite offered a full kitchen and living room with a separate bedroom (2 queens) and bathroom. The room was quiet and comfortable and was located very near to Western Michigan University. It was in a busy part of town surrounded by stores and restaurants so lots of options for meals or shopping (tho most require driving). It did included the standard hot/cold breakfast buffet and also had a courtyard area with outdoor seating. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful.
The room upon entry always had a stale smell though we became accustomed to it after a few minutes. A candle or some air freshener would have come in handy.
We really enjoyed the breakfasts. We had a variety every day. Coffee was great too.
