Situation géographique. Calme. Chambre spacieuse, très bien équipée. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner de qualité.
Nothing worked, elevator to pool was broke, only 1 ice machine for 6 floors worked. No washer or dyer worked. We had 2 rooms and one of them the door barely closed and did not lock.
When we arrived the trash was tied bags but not taken out. Makes you wonder what else was skipped. Extra toilet paper was still damp from falling in sink or toliet, tub? Can’t think about that
Staff seemed to judge and comment on everyone. Gossip through the employees. Diffently interfered with there work. My daughter was told wait one minute while a couple of them finished their opinions of a guest. That was the front desk.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast breakfast and options were great. The juice machine wasn't working though so only coffee option. The pool area was nice.
I thought the sofa bed was supposed to be a pull out sofa bed but it was just a sofa. There was old coffee left in the coffee pot. The shower handle fell off in my hand when I went to turn the water on. I was able to push it back on and it did stay.The floor did not look vacuumed at all, there was what looked to be dog hair all over. This part is not your fault but the room next to us kept opening and shutting their door between 2:30 and 3:30 am and couldn't sleep. The AC unit on the wall is also extremely loud

The hotel was in a great location and had a cozy vibe inside.
For whatever reason, our stay was less than ideal. Our room appeared to have been carelessly cleaned- the floor still had debris on it (like pieces of paper, crumbs) and the beds had blankets with yellowed stains and hair on them. One of the beds, when the top sheet was pulled back, was clearly slept in with fuzzies and hair all along the sheet. We also asked the front desk for extra sheets, blankets and pillows for the couch, but there were no extra pillows and the staff seemed bothered by our request. The other disappointing aspect of our stay was the breakfast. When we went to breakfast on Saturday just before 10:00, the plates and bowls were gone and most of the food and coffee were not stocked. The staff were talking in the back. When the issue was addressed by other guests, the staff restocked the food, but by then we already needed to leave. I just want to say that we don’t normally have issues with Staybridge- so this was a surprising first.
