Location was convenient located near the State Farm stadium, but I wouldn’t stay thier again.
Pros:

Location was convenient.

Cons:

No maintenance personnel on duty, toilet wasn’t flushing well, we found a receipt floating in it upon our arrival. Called the front desk, only solution was come pickup a plunger, so we did. Bath tub had cracks in it. Elevator wasn’t working, stairs were dirty and hot. Walls were too thin, heard occupants next store tossing up in the late hours, lasting for some time.

Suite was better than expected. Breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted good. Overall a great stay.

Rooms need work
Pros:

I like the fact that my rooms were close together. The pool and free breakfast were a nice add-on.

Cons:

We had to move rooms a few times due to stains on the beds. There was a dead cricket and hair under the sheets, along with orange and yellow stains. I have stayed at other Comfort Suites and was disappointed in this location.

Pros:

We loved how upscale and classic looking the Hotel was. The rooms were clean and modern from a hotel that has been here forever. I like seeing remnants of the old mixed in with the new and how spacious the rooms were. I definitely loved and took advantage of the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

That I didn’t have more time to enjoy it!

Staff was very helpful

Cons:

The heat in AZ is horrible, for some reason the halls and everything outsode the room felt super hot. Also, the elevator gave us a scare, they did fix it after but it was uneasy
