Property was nice and clean. Reservation was mixed up but not by your staff. It was by Booking.com. I booked reservation and pd with my card Booking asked for 2nd person in room. I gave the name. So when we arrived they didn’t have my reservation. She kept looking and said they only had a reservation for a John That was his name and last name matched. So Staff was very helpful. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to her.

Cons:

Pillows were to hard for our liking. There were 5 pillows on bed. Maybe you can put 2 pillows softer.

The whole place is in need of some repair or replacement. Example is the seats in the breakfast area are in poor condition. There are areas is the walls that need touch ups. There is not full transparency with staff.

Pros:

Close to venue we were there to visit. Actually walked back from venue since it was too tough to catch a uber or cab. If going to that location again we would sty here again.
