A wonderful and peaceful get away.

Cons:

Contractors with trailers parked cross multiple parking stalls in main lot, so there is no room to park when you come back after supper.

No bacon or sausage links for breakfast. Chicken or turkey patties all week. Terrible

We was absolutely stunned

The minute you walk in, Beth smiles and greets you very warmly, James may be busy, but he quickly turns his head, smiles and thanks you for coming. When you go down to breakfast, Charmaine comes to you, wanting to help. Of course there's Tracy, Ms Sarah, Ms Paula, Maggie with a quick smile, and housekeeping made this stay harder to leave than the family that I went to visit.

I am a voice actor, and my wife is an engineer and we stayed in a lot of places for a lot of years, I've never ever felt so great about any hotel or motel.

The manager is amazing or completely blessed, but obviously a balanced combination of both.

Cons:

There was a high-pitched whistle emanating from the bathroom, and at first we thought it was the exhaust fan, but I turned out to be related to the toilet in that when we flushed it, the whistling would cease.
It was intermittent so it wasn't that big of an issue that we would have changed rooms, but facilities and the front desk were completely unaware of this as no one had ever brought this up before. We reported it when we checked out and they would have ran up there and remove the toilet and replaced it if we wanted.
I go to Spring Hill a lot. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

Worse experience ever
Pros:

I paid for 2 queen beds. When they gave me the key was only 1 bed for me, my husband and my 2 kids. They said they didn’t have anything available
