Terrible experience
Pros:

Terrible treatment by the hotel staff... TV only in German. The receptionist was extremely rude on July 27th at 7:44 PM, simply because I asked why the air conditioning wasn't working properly... beautiful city, very rude people... I don't understand why, as a Hyatt guest in Prague, I am forced to watch TV in German... avoid being treated rudely... do not come to this hotel

The location is close to the castle and the tower and has awesome views as soon as you leave the property.
Pros:

It had air conditioning and a great location.

Cons:

The parking is very limited and difficult, and quite awful if you have a large vehicle.

Das Hotel hat uns den Aufenthalt in Prag schöner gemacht
Pros:

Sehr gut

Cons:

Der hohe Betrag von 25€ für das Frühstück ist, wenn man das dagegen hält, was man dafür erhält, viel zu hoch. Im Vergleich zu allen Hotels die wir besucht haben das hochpreisigste Frühstück in Europa. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war gut, aber nicht für den Preis.

Určitě se budeme vracet.
Pros:

Velmi ochotná obsluha recepce, čistota na pokoji i všude okolo, krásná zahrada kde bylo možné i posnídat. Snídaně bohatá, myslím že si každý vybral.

Cons:

Když bylo otevřené okno, bylo slyšet hučení klimatizace nebo odvětrání. V noci to bylo celkem nepříjemné. Ale to je asi tak jedino malé mínus z našeho pobytu.

Es handelt sich um ein schönes Hotel in einer landschaftlichen reizvollen Lage am Berg.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind klein und eher dunkel, winzige Fenster. Am Tag der Abreise klemmte die Kette am Türschloss. Ich kam nicht raus, versuchte mehrfach gegen 8:40 Uhr die Rezeption und den room service zu erreichen. Es hieß, dass ich ca. 1 Minute Geduld haben solle … Es passierte auch nach 20 Minuten nichts. Daraufhin habe ich die Tür einen Spalt geöffnet und um Hilfe geschrien. Musste leider andere Gäste im Schlaf stören. Meine Freundin / Mitreisende holte schließlich Hilfe, nachdem sie mich beim Frühstück vermisste. Wir hatten 2 Einzelzimmer mit Aufschlag gebucht, bekamen aber eher die “Besenkammern”.

Preis-Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Liegt wohl am deutschen Anstrich, der sich einem überall aufdrängt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Näher an der Innenstadt und interessanten Punkten geht es kaum.

Cons:

Leider schränkt das die Parkmöglichkeiten extrem ein. Die für m.E. unverschämte 900 Kronen anmietbare Duplexgarage ist ein Albtraum für jeden Autofahrer. Das Frühstück war übersichtlich aber die Hälfte der Speisen nicht beschriftet. Die Zimmer wirken teilweise abgewohnt (Bsp.: Schuhabdrücke an den Wänden). Die versteckten Kosten summieren sich, man wird vorher aber nicht informiert. (City-Taxe, 400 Kronen Hundegebühr)
