Pros:

Nos gusto la atención que tienen en el área de desayuno William muy amable se noto la diferencia. Sonrisas y están pendientes de lo que necesitas.

Cons:

La primera habitación. Muy rotas las cortinas y la lámpara muy oxidada. La recepciónista nos ofreció un cambio de habitación se agradece pero la ropa de cama estaba fatal y las almohadas parecían piedras. Esta bien que el precio es económico pero que va muy mal. Los paños de la picisna eran más huecos que paños

La habitación es amplia y muy buena cama

Cons:

Tuve un detalle con su recepcionista, ya que llegue un poco tarde (3am aprox) y no fue comprensivo ya que un servidor llegue cansando y fastidiado. Y me atendió de manera prepotente. Inclusive le pedí disculpas si en algún momento lo ofendí. Y el en vez de mediar su comportamiento siguió con la misma actitud.

Nicht so wie wir es in den vergangenen Jahren erlebt haben.
Cons:

1. Das Hotel befand sich gerade im Umbau (Empfang und Frühstücksbereich). Nur ein kleines Zimmer und provisorische Tische im Bereich der Behelfsrezeption standen zum Frühstücken zur Verfügung. Das Buffet war minimal und in einem Durchgangsbereich aufgebaut. Ein entspanntes Frühstück konnte man so leider nicht einnehmen.
Vermutlich wird es nach abgeschlossenem Umbau wieder besser.
2. Ob man einen Tresor auf dem Zimmer hat, ist anscheinend Glückssache, da nicht alle Zimmer damit ausgestattet sind.
3. Wir waren innerhalb von 14 Tagen zweimal für jeweils 2 Übernachtungen da, und jedes Mal gab es am Nachmittag keine Handtücher für den Pool/Strand, sondern erst nach 10:00 Uhr. Da wir schon früher auf Tour waren, haben wir beide Male keine Handtücher bekommen.
