Me gustó, bueno si planeas ir a los parques de xcaret
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, muy buen servicio de taxis, ellos me iban a esperar afuera de los parques, la habitación por el precio tiene un nivel muy aceptable, yo solo lo ocupe para dormir. El desayuno esta completo, no es continental, solo que ponen uno o 2 platos calientes y eso me sorprendió gratamente.

Cons:

Las regaderas están pequeñas y con cortinas, pero por el precio y calidad yo si me volvería a hospedar ahi

Pros:

Buen desayuno, personal atento y super céntrico. Estacionamiento sin costo y sin necesidad de reservar en el hotel, lo cual es difícil conseguir en el área, ubicación y calidad versus precio 10/10.

Cons:

Pueden mejorar las toallas, ya necesitan reemplazarlas.

When I arrived to the reception she deny to accept the us dollers it was late night ( booking.com says I could pay in us dollers) I asked her why she (MAGALY) that she can only accept 5 or 10 us dollers bills( I had to pay 132 usd) who carries that much small bills I had 50 USD doller bills…. Anyways after I asked her about the factura she show me a email address and said I have to send the information on this email for the factura….. but it did not stop here when I checked out in morning another receptionist told me that I have to give her the information right away for the factura and I explained her that your coworker told me that I need to send it by email but she just answered if I do not give her the information right away they can not make my factura, it was too complicated as they do not have a right communication I was informed 2 different information and I have 2 small kids and it was a bit bad experience

All night long there were people on the roof ( DO NOT KNOW PARTING OR PLAYING BUT WAS TOO NOICE THE ROOM ALL NIGHT KIDS COULD NOT SLEEP)

THEY MUCH CONSIDERED FAMILIES IN MIND AND WORK ON A LITTLE BIT BATTER HOSPITALITY AND REALLY ON A NICE COMMUNICATION WITH GUESTS

IF THEY DO NOT ACCEPT THE US DOLLERS JUST THE BILLS OF 5 or 10 PLEASE MAKE A SING BORD AT THE RECEPTION SO PEOPLE CAN KNOW.
